    I traveled to Tampa, FL to consult a progressive health care facility. I received knee injections from a nearby facility for lost cartilage in lieu of surgery hoping this will help. The doctor advised that I get peptides to aid in this healing. Age Rejuvenation said they could provide these peptides, but that I needed to do an exam with a physician first. The exam cost $625.00. The agent at the ofc told me that supporting my hormones at my age would also aid in the recovery of my knees, so I paid the fee. They guarantied that I would received a consult and receive my peptides and hormones promptly. A month has gone by and I have not received hormones. The physician also recommended a device which is prohibited. It has been a tireless effort plagued with waiting for many problems, tons of calls and emails, to no avail. I have been patient and worked with the team. I finally received my peptides and they were liquid. I expressed concern to a manager at the facility that the peptides were not on ice when I received them and should have been; she said it was no problem b/c they were not reconstituted yet. The next day, I wrote again to team member-- after speaking to many health care professionals-- that these peptides were less valuable and potentially ineffective given the fact that they were not on ice and in transit for almost a week-- sitting on a shelf or a truck. ****** has tired to remedy my concerns. She is trying now to get the facility to take the faulty peptides back-- which I paid `$500 for, and send new ones. I would simply like my money back at this point so I can consult the original agency for the peptides-- who performed the injection procedure for 7k! Its likely that the procedure is less than effective given how long I have gone without the supporting peptides. I am exhausted by the incompetence of this health care facility and its impacting my healing.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  The manager was very responsive and apologetic, and bent over backwards making amends and righting the situation.  I am very satisficed.  Please close my inquiry without a **** on their record, pls.     January 9, I met a professional who went over my weight, fat percentages and bmi. We spoke about things I have tried in the past, among them I listed hormone therapy. She said based on my bmi and fat and ******, I would be a great candidate for semiglutide. I paid for labs, paid for the program to start semiglutide and met with the nutritionist. The doctor called and said based on weight, fat and bmi, I am not a candidate for semiglutide. I told her that was opposite of what I had been told before I paid. This place is a complete scam and I would like my $1800 back immediately.

    Hello, the patient was emailed the refund acknowledgment that summarized the refund process and amount eligible to be refunded. It is standard protocol to try and work with the patient to come to a mutual resolution regarding services while the refund request is still active, but not yet issued. The staff was offering service to the patient in lieu of a refund. Nothing was stated about revoking the refund request, so I am unsure why the previous response stating the patient would be issued a refund was denied. The patient will still receive her refund in due time.

    I went to age rejuvenation for Wegovy medical weight lost using Ozempic/ semi glutide. I paid ******* for 6 month program. They assigned me a really strict diet and after 7 weeks of the medication, I am not losing weight, the diet is impossible to follow and should not be a requirement for semiglutide weight loss. After making multiple reports of the issue, I receive a consult with a nutritionist who shamed me for not sticking strictly to this plan (Ive been eating **** calories ***** day and nothing. I was told I have to weight all my foods count number of proteins numced of vegetables number of fruits etc every day. This I could have done at my gym for free. I have spoken to another provider who explained to me that that is unnecessary and rigid. I have at least a dozen friends who have been on the semglutide program and have lost significant weight as a result of a decrease in appetite not a strict diet exercise regimen. I am requesting **** back for the second half of the program.

    I originally went to this practice seeking help for hormone balancing and potentially their weightloss program. What I walked out with was additional health issues. I was prescribed a medication that gave me pancreatitis even after multiple complaints of the negative effects the medication was having on me. Only after an extended hospital stay did they admit they had no idea that medication could have that effect cause it was "new". It has in fact been on the market for years. They then prescribed me pills that I couldn't take. I offered both medications back to them since I couldn't physically handle either. I asked for a refund for what was not used. They offered me 150 out of the 3000 they charged me stating they would only refund me for blood work. I'm currently having to work with my primary to correct the medical malpractice they preformed. Also don't even get me started on the acne and constant period I've had since I've been taking the progesterone they prescribed. Let me also add that my first appointment my doctor went over a completely different patients lab work for an hour before realizing it wasn't me. I will seek legal action to cover my refund for product not used and now to cover my medical cost. I do not recommend this clinic for anyone. I went here for help and all I got was more issues and debt. These people should be ashamed of themselves and what they do to other women.
