Important information
- Additional Info:BBB received a pattern of consumer complaints concerning concerning a pattern of sales practice issues. Specifically, consumer complaints allege misrepresentation of services from what was advertised, and that the matches for dates did not contain traits/qualities they were looking for in a partner. In July 2020, BBB contacted the business to obtain its position on the overall complaints filed.
The business responded, explaining that clients can be a completely appropriate match, but they cannot forecast chemistry. They can ensure they have the basics of compatibility but clients must then meet to find chemistry. Most people who complain do so early in their membership but you will rarely see a complaint from someone who used their entire membership as they are the ones who are successful through the program.
