I give this company no stars. I ordered from the company and received my products. I later wanted to cancel my subscription and they confirmed in writing that it was closed. Meanwhile, every couple of months they still continue to charge my credit card without my permission. $95.05. I told them to cancel again as it was confirmed it was cancelled previously. I received an emailed stating that they could not refund me my money. I would have to refuse the package to attempt to get my money returned to me. Then I may be subject to paying shipping and handling fees. What a scam! Dont order from them, they will continue to charge your credit card without your permission.Review from Marilyn B

The products I purchased from -Her Fantasy Box - Clean and Fresh,/Slippery Elm sent me to Urgent Care. I have been calling and emailing the company for three weeks. No response and no way to get a refund. The worst customer service I've every experienced. If you have any sensitivities do not waste you money on the products with this company. It is reported to have groseds over $6M last year and cannot return a call or refund a dissatisfied customer's money. Don't believe the hype. Read the GYN's reviews on this product...has boric acid in it; the same chemical used to kill bugs. Think about that....seek a more natural method to keep your box clean and fresh.

I Typed too FAST and can’t Remove the STAR! I’ve NEVER received 1st my ORDER of the Slippery Box and have UNSUCCESSFULLY UnSUBSCRIBED from this Website and STILL receiving E-MAILS and TEXT MESSAGES FROM this Site! I want my $21.69 from 1st order and MY INFORMATION DELETED from their SYSTEM! PLEASE AND THANK YOU!Review from Carmen G

I ordered from this business almost a month ago and I have still not gotten my order. Ive been emailing them almost everyday and I still have not gotten a response. Ive been asking for a refund but till this day I am still waiting for it.Review from Nelle H

Do not order from this company. This business does faulty business practices. I placed an order that per the site and an email I received should ship in 24 hours. After days I still hadn’t gotten an update for tracking so I reached out and informed the person I was chatting with to cancel the order since it never shipped. This person proceeds to tell me that it just right then shipped and I won’t get tracking info until this afternoon which was/ is a lie. The rep refused to cancel an order that never shipped but money was withdrawn from my account. I am reaching out to my bank to dispute the charges but this company shouldn’t promote something they can not do or fulfill.Review from Jadine R

No one ever leaves good reviews on the bbb so I thought Id give this company one because I am blown away! I ordered back in ********** love each product, my dark spots are fading, my insides are more sweet and slippery, I am amazed how different I smell in all ways !! ??????Review from talia C

I havent received my package its been over a month I asked for a refund and didnt receive that because theyre denying me a refund or even to send me another package!! Absolutely awful! Products came with an opened box, missing products, and products not sealed. Now they are trying to make me pay to ship the products back and told me if the products dont have seals they will not provide a refund. They wont acknowledge the fact that the products came without a seal. If though the website states We stand behind our products 100% and if you don't get the results you're looking for within 14 days we will send you your money back. No questions asked. DO NOT BUY from this company.Review from Ms C
