In June of 2021, I was guaranteed to have offers to sell my time share weeks for a refundable advertising fee of $1794 if they did not provide me with offers. The offers never came for some time. When they finally did they were for properties that had zero availability and they could easily see that online. This is a complete SCAM.I have been trying for months to get ahold of them and nobody will return my calls. Now the number that they have is out of service.

Like everyone else, I hired them for marketing/renting of a timeshare. They have neither shown proof of advertising, nor have they ever contacted me regarding renting it.

On 12/2/2020, I wrote out a check to Property Relief Professionals in the amount of $1200. I was told that they would rent out my extra timeshare weeks and I would receive $1800 for every week they rented. I was also told and signed a contract stating that I would receive a refund if they did not rent out a week for me. Two years later I have not received any payment. I dutifully sent back a response each time they offered it and then the offers stopped coming completely and I cannot get in contact with them. I have sent numerous emails on their website and from my personal email and called but receive the message "unable to take call from your calling area". I would like a complete refund since they have not used my money at all!

please see attached document received from the customer. I have filed a complaint concerning Property Relief Professionals. I would like you to consider my experience with them When I started with them, I gave them $1,348.00 to rent out my timeshare. My timeshare was in Orlando, and I figured someone would be glad to use it. I was told by Keyon Cartwright-GiLl that I would make my money back, since the timeshare would rent for $1,800.00 or more. However, during the next few months, any offers I received were for different places and dates. I did what was asked of me and called Interval. International. to find alternative vacation spots. Eventhough I did what was asked of me, NO ONE accepted these alternatives to my timeshare. I called PRP and told them I had not made any money. Rodney told me they would try for a few months more. He assured me, "You'll make up your money." After this I decided that this was not happening. The correspondence from PRP says to call them at 1-800-385-0487 "in order to provide services to your satisfaction." I am truly NOT satisfied. I tried to call the phone number for a Cantrel.l, Gordon, or Rodney Uoug(as. However, they never answered their phones. I repeatedly left messages saying I needed to speak to someone. When I finally could not even get through to their phone, I called my carrier and found out that my phone number had been blocked. Is this how PRP provides services to a customer? On May 11, 2022, I wrote them. I told them that the contract says "If I have not received an offer you (I) have the option to cancel at any time upon written request." I told them I had not received any offers that were accepted and that I would like to canceL and get a refund. Of course, I have heard NOTHING. If they are claiming that they fulfilled the contract by sending me offers, I must repeat that NONE of these offers were accepted. They said I would make up my money. This was a lie. have made NOTHING. Their customer service is so bad that they block you from even calling them to ask questions. I would appreciate it if you would look into this. They HAVE NOT done what they said they wouLd do. As far as I an concerned, they have broken our contract. I am wondering how many other peopl.e were Lied to by PRP.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/28) */ We will have IT check our phone system. We will also have inventory review and follow up with an update. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/06/29) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) That is thier response on all the cases and negative feedback I have seen about them.. I can call from my phone and it says can't be reached then call from a phone number they don't have in their system and it calls fine. Then I get them and they ask who I am and go to transfer me and the call gets disconnected and when I call straight back it can't be reached... they would always answer my calls until my year date was up to refund my money then it gets rejected and they replied to all my emails also until the refund time then no reply. It is a scam and I want my money back

I provided in the amount of $1800 to Property Relief Professionals with the agreement that they would sell my unused Timeshare weeks. Since this time communication with this company has been minimal at best and seemed to be very fraudulent. When I attempt to call the numbers listed for this company, no one answers they have blocked my phone number . Also I have sent emails with no response. I have never been provided with any proof that these weeks have even been advertised. This company has not upheld their end of the contract and I would like a refund of all charges and this company needs to be shut down. I need assistance now.

PPP-Property Relief Professionals contacted me May 2021 to list unused timeshare weeks to rent. They said for $1,800 I would get rentals on my unused weeks. They did send 3 different requests for properties to rent with my timeshare points, however, their requests were for a high season time with very short notice. It would be almost impossible to rent at a high demand location, peak season, with such short notice. I have not received any more communications for 3 months. It has almost been a year now. I have tried calling PRP numerous times and I get a message that my phone number is out of the calling area! What? They have an 800 number. I know they have blocked my phone number! This place is a scam! I want a refund!!!

I paid $1600 to Property Relief Professionals on OCT 2020 for Property ID#: XXXXXX-XXXXXXX. I was assured if my property did not rent within the year I would receive a full refund. Now that the year has surpassed, I have been unable to reach anyone at the phone X-XXX-XXX-XXXX. I am seeking assistance with this from BBB, thank you.

We will have inventory review and follow up with an update. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/03/13) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I understand that several attempts to rent the property were made and I answered each request showing that the requested property and/or date was unavailable. I was told as long as I made effort, and the property did not rent, I would receive a full refund, which is what I'm requesting at this time. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2022/03/14) */ We will have Quality Assurance review the calls to see how the program was explained.
