            This company is an absolute scam! They tell you that they can rent your timeshare for you then never contact you again once they get your money.

            I purchased 6 weeks and paid $1794 for the fee. Each week would be sold for $1800 which would mean that I would at least get the fee back. After a couple of days, I wasn't sure about it so I sent in a cancellation email and spoke to the manager again about my concerns and again, he reassured me that it would not take long. So I proceeded, then again sent the cancellation email after a couple more days and this time, I spoke with a different manager. He provided me with some reviews and verified people that went through it which I thought were real. After a couple of weeks, I started to receive offers to some weeks and that I would have to accept them. Every offer always came in for days that the hotels would not have availability, every single one so I would have to let them know and wait again for the next one. First offer came in on 9/23/2021 and the last one was 4/1/2022. My bank can only dispute charges under 120 days and I called between that timeframe to do so. When I did, the PRP company called me to let me know that I would be receiving new offers the following week and that they couldn't proceed with the dispute on file so to retract it so they could continue. They said that if it needed to be resolved, they would handle it. So I called my bank and told them the information and they cancelled the dispute. Ever since then, it's been hard to get in contact with PRP, they send me emails but won't respond to mine. I call the number that I've always called and now it says that I can't reach that number. It seems like my number has been blocked and I've sent them several emails to get the cancellation going and that the service that they had offered was never ever completed. Not a single week has been booked and I can't contact them anymore. I called my bank today to see if there was anything that they could do and unfortunately, there isn't. I just want my money back, I really don't know who I need to contact. PLEASE REFUND THE $1794!

            This appears to be a scam. I paid them $1400 to advertise my timeshare for rent. They promised my money back in 90 days to 6 months. I received absolutely no value for my money and my timeshare was never rented through them. They deserve no stars.

            If I could go lower I would. 1/6/21 was when I gave yall my weeks to sell and after the 180 days nothin and yall said I couldn't get my money back till after a year... so when the year was up I called and it rang and I got a hold of someone and then it hung up and I called back and it magically said I couldn't call from where I'm at to yall..... this place is a scam and a lie

            Bold face lie.... the last email I have from yall is 9/21/21. I have sent 3 emails since then asking them to contact me...nothin. my number or email have not changed at alll. It's just a big scam

            I agree with all of the negative reviews. I've received very few "offers" over the last 10 months, and there was no availability at any resort in the areas. The last offer was for a resort that did not exist in the location, and of course, there was no availability in any resort in the area. Very disappointing and expensive error. The positive reviews are not believable. Please learn from our mistake

            We want to rent your property out to companies who are looking for space when they're in areas and need places to stay. Our offer was a minimum of $1600 for each time they rent, but each time they send us an offer, there was no availability, not even alternates in the area.
            You are receiving offers for your getaway weeks from Property Relief Professionals.
            * First you will need to contact Interval International to check availability.
            All you are doing is checking availability, you are not booking or reserving anything. Since we are the ones doing your getaway weeks, when you call make sure you tell them you would only like to check the availability for the resort and week being requested, and that you do NOT want to trade any of your points. All you are doing is confirming Resort availability for the dates being requested.
            *Once you're able to confirm availability please give us a call so we can start the booking process.
            This company has scammed us out of our money. They always send us information on a property that does not have availability,

            Property Relief Professionals contacted me to sell my extra weeks from my time share. They guartee me that I would get $1600 out each week. They contacted me a few times but none of the weeks were finalized.. its been alot of time and because of covid they have the excused people is not traveling but they will continue working on my account.. I've tried to contact them through emails, phone but it looks like my phone is blocked. All I'm asking is my money back
