    Company cleaned & sealed pavers on my lanai and driveway. Told me would last 3 years. It lasted less than three months. I have been trying to contact this company since December. At one point, a woman answered the phone and apologized profusely. She said that they had lost employees, had a car accident and could not come to work, etc. etc. I told her that was not my problem. she promised that someone would be out that week. One of the partners eventually showed up and agreed that the work was substandard and that they would correct it. He power washed my driveway and said they would be there within 1 to 2 days. Since then, no one has ever shown up and no one ever answers the phone. I have exhausted all options to resolve this amicably and wish to have a refund of my payment. If necessary, I will filing court. However, I am hoping that this route will be successful. Your help is appreciated.

    The company was hired to complete a paver job. The paving job was awful and 6 months later the company needed to come back to fix it. They said they were coming for over 4 weeks then discontinued all contact.

    Contracted with ******* 03/28/22 for a complete cleaning, prep and sealing of our new installed paver driveway, side and front entrance walk. Job to consist of what was explained to be a silica sanding of all cracks (spaces between pavers) and the gap between ***** drain and Paver entrance to driveway. It was explained the sealer once applied would retain the silica. . .it did not.Repeated calls to schedule a service went without the needed service. Finally, ******** son showed up and inspected. He agreed with my concerns. Told me he would discuss with his Dad after which a service call would be set. Never happened. Still waiting even after ***************** called and said they would be out next week. . .that was over two months ago.

    On 9/14/2022 I had my back pool patio stripped and sealed by technician Shayne **** by *************************** of KB Sealing My Pavers. This tech was to strip the oil base that was previously applied by previous homeowners, fix the pavers that were loose and moving when walked on and reseal with a 3 year guaranteed product. After he completed the work being here maybe 4-5 hours we were not allowed to walk out on it for 24 hours and asked to make full payment out to *************************** directly for the amount of $1860. When we went out to see the work after 24 hours the pavers still looked the same and the loose areas were not larger. We had contacted ******* right away who was going to stop over and never did. I continued to contact him and he would never show. After a month or so some grasses started growing through and we **** photos to *******, as well as photos of the still very dingy looking pavers. We were told a tech would be scheduled to apply a different type of seal and this would be taken care of. Again no word back many text messages and sometimes getting an answer we would be scheduled and then ghosted again. The last set of photos with now multiple areas of grasses growing and bad pavers was **** 1/8/23 being told I would be scheduled and nothing. Messaged on 2/15/23 nothing back and again 3/11/23 with nothing back. Now I'm moving forward to report and want a full refund to be able to get the job done correctly by someone reputable.

    In November 2021 I hired this company to clean, re sand and seal pavers on both my lanai and driveway. I paid a total of $1596 for this service, which included a 3 year parts and labor maintenance warranty. The sealing process was to include a "wet look" on the pavers. This process has failed requiring maintenance to provide the sealing "wet look" I paid for. I have called this company numerous times leaving a voice mail each time requesting they contact me to provide the maintenance required. To date I have had no return call. I want this company to provide the maintenance services under terms of their warranty.

    I had my pavers sealed by KB Sealing My Pavers on 10/28/21. It cost $1454.00 and came with a 3-year warranty. The sealant began to fail after **** months. I contacted the company 7-8 times by phone and email over the past 3 months to issue a warranty claim. They have been unresponsive to all forms of communication and requests to meet and fix the warranty issues. Since they are not upholding the warranty agreed upon for the initial work, I would like a full refund of the $1454.00 so I can hire a different company that will be responsive, and fix the sealant issues that the KB Sealing My Pavers should have fixed under warranty.

    I paid this company to clean, sand & seal pool/cage pavers in November 2021. They said it was guaranteed for 3 years and would return to correct any issues. In February 2022 weeds were coming up all over the cage, so I reached out to the company via phone/text. I was told repeatedly that it was on their schedule next week and this continued through May 2022. I made multiple follow-up calls/texts but told many different excuses. My partner passed **** unexpectedly on 05/22/22 and the stress was unbearable. So, I contacted the company not to come to my home because I was afraid of being alone and dealing with untrustworthy people. However, I am in no position financially to hire another company for proper completion of the work. In addition, a bottom cage panel was torn from the power washing and I had to pay a screen repair company to replace the panel as well. I cannot believe how a company can stay in business after treating customers so callously, it is very disheartening.

    Around December 14, 2021 I had this company come out to pressure wash and seal our pavers. They just threw down oil on top of oil and it looked terrible. After 5 months of promising to come back out and make it right, they finally came back sometime in May. The job that was redone was worse than the first time. There was sand all over the place. They basically rolled oil all over everything. So much debris and sand now stuck to our pavers. Hard, dried oil and sand all over the lanai screen- did not put sand in after being told MANY times and promising to do so. Left rags laying around. Somehow damaged two water hoses as well as turned the pool water green and just left it like that. We have huge, deep gaps between pavers all over the patio. Missed spots and drips of oil that are now dry and will not come up. Now we have to hire a professional company to come in and correct the mess they made. We paid $1700 for this job and paid promptly with the promise that they would come back and make it right because we were very unhappy with the results.
