I hired KB Sealing for a sealing job in July, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and horrible! 1. **Quality of Work:** The work was subpar. The sealant was over-sprayed in my pool as was the pressure washing sand directed into my pool. I have the same lose pavers I pointed out to Barrett. For the price I paid, I expected much better durability. 2. **Professionalism:** The team lacked professionalism. They arrived late, didn't communicate clearly about the process, and left a mess after finishing the job. I had to clean up after them, which was frustrating. Barrett indicated coping would be done by hand and over-spray shield would be used, thus did NOT happen and I have video. 3. **Customer Service:** When I reached out to address my concerns, I was met with a dismissive attitude. Rather than offering to fix the issue, they were unresponsive/unhelpful, which shows a lack of accountability for their work. I would not recommend KB Sealing to anyone looking for reliable sealing services. I regret using them and will have to hire someone else to fix their mistakes. This cost me two new pool filters, two emergency calls to pool service, re-painting of cage at ground level, pool drains clogged with sand and sealant.

This company is terrible! Obviously had people leaving fake reviews that try to make this company seem good. STAY AWAY! They ruin your pavers and do not accept responsibility!Review from Ron F

I was very satisfied with the work provided by KB Sealing. They repaired and sealed my pavers, cleaned the mold from the pool cage and provided what I consider to be exceptional service.Review from Dennis R

Great job Cleaning Pool Cage, Pool Area and Lanai Pavers. Moved my Grill and furniture from one area to another to get everything done properly. Highly Recommended. Very informative and Courteous when asked questions about process.Review from Tim K

For the second time in 3 years, I employed KB Sealers today to power wash my driveway, apply specific sand between the paver joints and finally seal all of it with a specially tinting liquid. I truly enjoy working with ****** and his team. Living in **, this treatment is a must do. KB is a trusted professionally managed company concerned about customer satisfaction. I was extremely happy with the awesome job they did for me, My pool area and patio looks great, they did exactly what the said they would do and when they would do it, They even stopped by my home while I was at work and moved everything back on patio for me, what a welcomed surprise when I got home. KB Sealing My Pavers did a job for me on April 1, 2023. Dealing with KB pavers has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my life (thats saying a lot, I am 80). It started off ok. My request for an estimate only took 2 calls and ********* visit was quite fast. Even the actual work was done in reasonable. time. But I had questions about the finished resanding and sealing. I saw many places on both the lanai and walkway that had no sand filled in at all. I texted ******* asking him to stop by soon (all the lanai furniture and plants were still out on the lawn. A big community NO, NO). No response, so after a day or two I texted again then again, and again. Then I called - his mobile then his office. After threatening to write a bad review if no response I got a call from a lady in his office. *****, she said, would be there the following week to redo the job. No show. Nor the next week. So Im relating this story online. When considering having your pavers resanded & sealed, or other paving jobs, keep this tale of woe in mind.
