    My refrigerator has goon down 3 times today i had a appointment 1-10-25 which i have and email when i called they said that i don't have a appointment but yet i have the email now they say my appointment is 1-14-25 at no time did anyone even call my wife sat home losing a half a day pay $120 i want GE to reimburse me and any food lose as well and either fix or replace my refrigerator no later then 1-14-25 four issue with this refrigerator i spent a lot of money on. i was in the appliance business for over 25 year and i have never seen a company run like this.

    I am so disappointed with my experience with GES Appliance. I purchased a KitchenAid refrigerator for $5,000 in June 2023. The price included installation and removal of the old refrigerator - no problem I was told. They end up removing the old one and then just leaving the new one partially in my kitchen never to return. I had to spend an additional $4,000 to have it installed properly. Next I find out my "new" appliance is from 2014. I assumed it was new based on the stickers on it. Yet, I still do not make a big issue. In January I contacted the store about my ice machine not working. I was told there was a one year warranty. I have called and texted many times. Now it is *** and I am just so disappointed that a business can operate with this lack of ethics and moral code.

    Thank you for reaching out. We apologize for any confusion. As per our previous conversation, we did discuss the removal of the old refrigerator however  the installation was not included in the purchase charge when a client request installation we refer them to a separate vendor that specialized with installations. And as  per the warranty we did ask you to please send us a picture of your receipt via email or text message which enable for us to send a technician, but we have not yet received it. Once we have the receipt, we'll be able to arrange for a technician to assist you. If you've already sent it, please provide the number or email address you used so we can locate it. Thank you for your patience.

    I purchased a GE cafe range from this store back in August 2022it was a ************** sale ******* when they delivered it the top oven didnt work it took them a week or 10 days to come out and fix it. Fast forward I contacted the store in July 2023 the oven had the exact same problem it took 3 weeks for them to send a technician out . He said he had to order the part and it would be $150.00 for the repair. I agreed , Months have went by Ive called several times I keep getting told the part is not in. I finally called GE the manufacturer and they sent a technician out whom informed me that the stove I purchased had no serial number and GE removes those tags when an appliance is deemed not repairable or salvaged. I was in shocked!! I called and spoke with ************* store and the owner told me that the GE technician should not have told me that . Thats Bull***t So Im waiting for him to call me back?? In short I bought a salvaged stove for ******* that cant be repaired and ************* did not tell me this at the time I purchased had I know this was junk I would not have bought it.

    We purchased a used ******* washer on Aug.8, 2022.My husband was told we had 1 year or warranty from the Shop we bought it from GES Appliances. On the purchase receipt it says 1 year manufacturing warranty. March 8th - Machine present a message 4C and it does not finish cycle and turns off March 8th - We called GES Appliances and they said they were going to go check the machine on March 10th March 10th - Nobody showed up from GES Appliances March 16th - My husband returned to the store for service, they said they were going on march 17 March 17th - They went and he did not fix it, not tried to check if the machine worked or not March 18th- My husband on more time visited the shop. They only offered us to take the machine to be fixed, we are not able, we do not have a truck nor how to put in a car to transport washer March 20th - We called another company to see the washer.March 22th - Company could not fixed as they said that machine has not serial number nor service tag to check it, and if they do the warranty will not pay them as it is a mandatory thing for the serial number to be on the product for them to be re reimbursed by *******. We paid $75 out of pocket for this service and they did didn't even look at the machine due to missing serial number and product suku#Reciept form GES Applicances does say 1 year of warranty and my husband at time of purchase was also told 1 year warranty.I request full refund of $380+$30 delivery at this point I do not see what else. I have another company coming to see the machine to see if they can fix it.My expenses at this time $380 + $75 (A&R appliances) + $69 (tomorrow 3/23 AT Appliances) + whatever AT Appliances is going to charge us for part and installation of repair.If there is an exchange it would have to be before tomorrow 3/23 as we have AT Appliances coming to check the machine out.Thank you for your help.Kind Regards

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    The receipt is under my husbands name *************************** Cell ************.  He was there numerous times trying to resolve the issue.

    At this time we have purchased another Washer and disposed by the company that delivered the washer as we had no way or space to take/leave the broken washer. We would like any type of compensation. Expenses are totaling $380 washer, $30 delivery, $75 service to fix, $69 another service to fix and new washer from Brandmart $499+insurance+delivery=$729   Grand Total expenses $1.276  

    We would like to receive any reimbursment as this was a huge cost and they took no responsibility of the problem even after they promised 1 year warranty on the product.
