**DO NOT BUY***unless you have crystal **** telling you nothing will go wrong with your already dented/damaged appliance within the warranty period. For the record, I had a good sales experience a year ago. Kept the texted receipt and left the price sticker on the washer. Few weeks before the year warranty ended, the washer started leaking. I called GES and got ****** who texted me to send receipt which I did. I also sent pics of washer tag and leak on floor. When I followed up, a day later, he responded that someone was on the way. No one came. I followed up again, no answer. I had friend called and explained in Spanish. Still no resolution. I called again on 4/28 and got ****** who asked me to text info again. I did. Again, he has gone silent. GES prices are not much lower than others with brand new undamaged appliances. ****** it. The after sales service is too horrible for the high cost. ***BUYER BEWARE!!!Review from Carlos C

BEWARE IF YOU LET THIS PEOPLE IN YOUR HOUSE IN THE RECEIPT SAYS THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THEY DO IN YOUR HOME, THAT MEANS THEY CAN BRAKE ANYTHING IN YOUR HOME AND GET AWAY WITH IT. ALSO IF YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AND COMES DEFECTIVE THEY WONT REFUND YOUR MONEY THEY WILL ONLY GIVE YOU STORE CREDIT AND GUESS WHAT, THEY WILL SELL YOU ANOTHER DEFECTIVE APPLIANCE.Review from megan G

Terrible!!! I purchased a fridge in November, had no issues with it until a few days ago, called numerous times, no one would call back, and the "warranty" was about to run out. They eventually answered, got to my house, was there for 8 minutes (I have a camera system), and did nothing!!!!! We informed them that the refrigerator wasn't cold and that it was making a noise. They got to the house checked the settings and said that the freezer was set at 0 and that the fridge was set at 37 degrees, didn't open the door to hear the noise, and then proceeded to tell me that due to the fridge being outside that the drinks inside will not be cold, but yet I haven't had any problem until now, they then proceeded to say that it was because it was colder when we bought the fridge (WE LIVE IN FLORIDA!!!! IT'S ALWAYS HOT), and that the noise was due to the compressor, but yet they didn't even know what the sound sounded like, but yet its the compressor? they just didn't want to do anything to service the machine or do any "warranty" work. Unreal!
