We had a Lanai and front entry door screen constructed by ED ********************** and we are extremely satisfied! They were very professional, arrived at their scheduled time and did a beautiful job and a great price! The inspector came out to inspect the Lanai and said ED ********************** used materials that were above what was required!!! Great Job! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The installers "finished" the job in early March at about 7:30pm (dark outside). They demanded final payment and my wife reluctantly wrote them a check. The next morning I walked the job and noticed a few issues, took photos and emailed them to the office asking for the project manager to come back and review the issues with me. After no response I emailed again and then called. I was told the project manager was out having back surgery and they would schedule him to come out within the next week. You guessed it, no one ever showed up, no one ever called, we were just ghosted. So, I sent another email, stating that if we had withheld that final payment, I would bet dollars to donuts that someone would have been to our home within 24 hours. We went on vacation, so I dropped it for the time being, and when we returned, while doing yardwork, I noticed the ground was never attached to the enclosure, yet somehow they passed final inspection. I sent another email, and again no response. It is now 8/1 and no one has ever come back to the house, no one has called and no response to my emails. I'm not looking for an apology, I am looking for the corrections to be made to some pretty shoddy workmanship.Review from Carlos R.

I had ED Aluminum come out and add a lanai in 2019. The work was done in a timely manner. The initial quality however was poor. They were responsive to my request to have the work improved. It is now 2022 and I am looking to sell my home. As part of the closing process it was discovered that ED Aluminum never closed the permit with the county. They also never ordered the final inspection. They have done the to multiple clients. This is particularly upsetting because I am now not able to sell my home. The ladies who work there are trained to lie and cover what seems to be permit fraud. This company should not be trusted. If you have used them in the past please verify that all permits have been closed.
