May 2024. I went to ****** Car Wash Augusta Georgia on ****************. I paid with my debit card for a single car wash of $11 then when my car got into the wheel racks to be pulled through the car wash I was stopped by an employee. I have a wheelchair rack on the back of my car and they refused my service because of this wheelchair rack. Which I understood at the time. But they would not give me a refund and it was a really big deal for everyone to back up so that I could come out of the car wash shoot. I was given a tiny scrap of paper with a corporate phone number on it. I have been between emails and phone calls trying to get my $11 back. They have refused. They claimed to even have a policy that even though I had already paid for the service the fact that I had an aftermarket appendage on my car that was not seen previous to paying that they could refuse service and not give me a refund back.

I visited the *************** on ******************** in May 2023. I requested 1 carwash. The employee that was working the kiosk pressed the option for a monthly recurring fee. I did not own a car and did not request this monthly charge. I did not notice I had been receiving the $24.99 charge for a few months. When I called Swifty they said they would stop the charges and that my bank would have to refund me. They sent me a notice on 3/21/2024 advising the charge would be cancelled and my credit card information would no longer be on file. I recently see they have been still charging. They claim they can only refund me for December 2024 and Jan. 2025. They claim they have no records of charging me from June 2023 thru November 2024. I have talked to ***** and ***** and both have been extremely combative and unhelpful. This place is a shame!

On 3/24/2024 I went to get a car wash and was approached by a young attendant that stated they had a special for that month for $16.05. I told him I would be going back to ******* in a couple weeks and he said if I got a few washes before I left that I would save money so I said ok. I left ******* on 4/6/2024 and returned to *******. I recently noticed that I had a strange charge on my credit card statement and contacted them. They told me about the charge and said that I had been charged monthly since I left ******* totaling $142.19 which $126.14 of it I didn't authorize. No one ever indicated that this was going to be an ongoing charge . It doesn't make any sense that I would agree to that due to the fact that I live in ******* and was only in ******* for another 14 days after getting my truck washed. After several attempts I was able to speak with a representative with the company who was very sympathetic and understood my frustration. She said she was only allowed to put in a request for a refund for the last charge dated 9/24/2024 in the amount of $19.99 but couldn't guarantee that they would refund anything at all, and that she was sorry. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told she was at lunch and would call me when she returned but never did.

Predatory sales- no disclosure that I was agreeing to an automatic, monthly car wash renewal when I was elicited to purchase a 30-day unlimited wash special by the Silverstar attendant on July 12th, 2024. I was charged $39.48 on 8/12, noticed it on my bank statement on 8/15, and immediately called their office at ************ and began the refund process. To date- I have a confirmation email from Mammoth, acknowledging my request and a promise to resolve my issue quickly. It is now, 8/26/24- no word, no refund and no success in reaching a telephone agent after being on hold right now, 8/26, 3:30 pm CST for 43 minutes. Prior calls, contact forms and emails from me have gone unanswered or unresolved.

On 8/7/24 I went through SUDS in *******, **. I have held a membership there since the car wash opened. My car was damaged by deep brush strokes on the passenger side back of the vehicle. I recognized the damage when I went to wipe off the car in the bays. Notified an attendance immediately and showed him the damage. Offered for him to check the video that my vehicle had no previous damage. Received an anonymous email from a do-not-reply email that they had "evidence" of previous damage to my vehicle, and they are not responsible. I requested they share the evidence with me as I know there was no previous damage to my car prior to entering the carwash and no response from the claims ***** They closed my claim and the portal to even contact them immediately which I thought was odd. There is no line of communication to dispute the matter and what customer would just accept an email from them saying ,we have evidence of damage and your claim is closed via email. No tangible proof. Mammoth Holdings owns over 100 carwashes and a one claims **** in one location. Pictures were sent when the claim was opened but nothing was shared with the me, when I requested they share what they determined was evidence that they weren't responsible for the damage. Seeking cost of damages and advice on how to hold them responsible?

On June 8th I went through the car wash and after I left I noticed the fin on top of my car was not there. I returned and an attendant found it inside the car wash. The cost of repair is $615.45. I put in an incident report with the company but no one has responded.

Hello Ive been using this car wash for several years. Recently they released a new product and my monthly plan would be grandfathered in. The day it went into effect it charged my account $25.99 for a vehicle that we sold 2 years ago. I called and they said it was a glitch with the system that charged some inactive accounts and I was assured I would be refunded. A few weeks went by and I never got a refund. I called them and they told me I brought that vehicle in and washed it multiple times so they cant refund me. Which isnt even their policy. I should have been refunded regardless like they said. And I obviously didnt take a car I dont have thru the car wash a bunch of times. They were extremely rude from the start and refused to refund me or listen to my side of the story. I went to the physical location which has great employees. Ive never had an issue with anyone there. They told me their customer service has completely turned around for the worse. Many people recently have been having random charges or the company charging them more than what they are supposed to monthly. The lady who gave me the most trouble at the corporate office is ***** the Bookkeeper and I was told she is always right. And I never once was allowed to speak to her or have my part of the story said to her. I would like a refund for that charge and for this to be looked into because these people in corporate are clearly trying to rob people for their money without any consent or reasoning. Thanks!

Mammoth Holdings is the owner of the local Finish Line Car Wash. I contact the car wash after my 2015 GMC Yukon XL was damaged in their car wash in ************ **. The customer service rep said they were not at fault and I would need to take them to small claims court to get my vehicle repaired. I had the vehicle inspected and quote prepared for the repair. I hired an attorney to send the quote and a demand letter for payment which has went unresponded to. The next step would be to take them to small claims to try and get the repair done. The amount of the repair is estimated at $1668.55. The top of my car was scratched to the metal by the car wash. Mammoth Holdings is hoping I will not go to small claims court because they know the attorney's fee to file would be as much as I am asking for the repair. Really is dirty way to conduct business.
