    W1010632669-1 Delivered 12/10/2024 I ordered a red velvet cake. The details states it is one size. I spoke with the store directly as well. The picture is Very misleading ! I was so Embarrassed at how small it was. I should have been told it was only big enough for 2 people . The cake was for my Son-in-law , my daughter and 5 children... I paid good money... I asked for the corporate number he gave me an incorrect number. After searching found the Corporate number spoke to a woman named *** and she did attempt to help with the issue. Didnt not offer to reschedule to assist with a refund or anything. They have taken my money and I did get my product for my family member

    Order an edible order from ************, ******** location they said they could deliver it to my wifes office at noon. It didnt get there till 4 oclock. It was unable to eat. It was hard.     10/23/2024 It was my 41 wedding anniversary and I spent ***** on a suit basket that should have have fresh fruit. it did not. we had to throw out the fruit. the only thing half way good was the strawberry. I sent an email and got no response. terrible service

    I need someone to contact me that way I can forward the recorded from the calls I had with the "manager" from ************************************. I don't want that manager to call me. I spoke with Mrs. ******* and she will be in contact with me this afternoon. This is not my first time ordering with you, but yes the first time I received this type of service. I received a call at 8:12am (Time that store is not open) I am not suppose to be receiving calls at that time. I also have that conversation recorded. I did left a voicemail yelling and coursing after that guy called me and hangout the phone of me. The manager was going back and forth with me without allowing me to talk and he was saying that I was the one I did not allowed him to talk. I have all recorded, first thing he did was defending the delivery person without any information from me. The reason why I selected my order to be delivery was because I wanted to surprise that person, he told me that I was supposed to put the recipient number that way he does not have to deal with me. I understand that maybe parking is hard around the area, but as explained to both o them I am not at my branch today and I was not able to go outside as the wanted me to.

    I ordered an arrangement (over $100) to be delivered on 9/29/2024. It was a very special occasion...my granddaughter had her first **** (my first great grandchild) and I wanted the arrangement delivered on the day they brought the **** home from the hospital. It was never delivered! So disappointing! I called the store (***************) the next day. I had to call 5 times before anyone answered the phone... 10AM. The lady who answered said she didn't know why it wasn't delivered the previous day, but she would get it out right away. NOT TRUE...It never got delivered until 7:30 PM. I told her I deserved compensation so she finally told me she would refund me 30% on my order...NOT TRUE AGAIN!! I was only refunded $19.51. When I called the store AGAIN, the lady said she refunded me 20% on $86.99, and 10% on $7.50, and that was 30%. That's ridiculous!! It should have been 30% on $94.49. She would not listen to reason and kept insisting it was 30%. I asked to speak to a manager but was told they weren't available and they would call me back. NOT TRUE AGAIN!! I never got a call back, I called 2 more times leaving voice mails, and never got a call back. They've left me no choice but to file a complaint with the BBB.

Order would be delivered October 10, 2024 3. Received email from Edible Arrangement that order was delivered on October 10, 2024 4. Contacted recipient on October 11, 2024, and basket not received. 5. Called Edible Arrangement on October 11, 2024, and they said order left at desk.     I ordered a gift from Edible Arrangements for a friend's birthday to be delivered *****************. I received confirmation via email. I found out a few days after the 6th that nothing was delivered to my friend's home. I sent an email to Edible Arrangements and was sent a "Case Reference" number (*******) with assurance that someone from the local store would contact me. This was on September ***** one contacted me so I called the main number *************) on September 23. The representative I spoke to could not find my name or the reference number and advised that I call a different number *************). When I called that number, an automated message gave me another number *************). I tried that number but was on hold over 10 minutes and eventually hung up.I then called the local Edible Arrangements store (this number was also given in the original email) and that representative also said I should call the number I just called that has the automated message with a new number. So I tried that number again and was on hold for over 10 minutes before I hung up.I filled out another complaint form on the Edible Arrangements website and once again received confirmation and assurance that someone would reach out within 48 hours. It has been over 48 hours now and I am done trying to reach the company. All I want is recognition of the error and a refund (the total was less than $50).     On 9/14/24 my daughter ordered a birthday gift box with happy birthday balloon to be delivered on his birthday *******. On ******* after calling 7 times to the store in *****, ******* and getting no answer and leaving messages and getting no call backs, and trying to get in contact with customer service online by email and chat. I had to physically go to the store and ask where our order was. They said they just had to fill the balloon, and then told me oh wait we don't have any birthday balloons. We have a gold heart or a red heart. I then decided on the red heart and asked for a marker so I could write happy birthday on the balloon. Then after waiting probably ***** min for something that only needed a balloon blown up (yeah right) it was brought out to me. I brought it home and then my daughter received an email that her order was delivered successfully. Yeah I delivered it to my self! I have tried to email to get a refund for her but you can't submit your email because their system times out at the "I'm not a robot" button. Then I was on hold for 10 min to chat and no one ever came on. Again refund is being requested.
