    They never delivered all of my product and charge me full price. I never received 3/4 of my product. My order was W1005847785. I am a veteran and I feel like I never got a resolution or help with this matter. I have spoke with the store and I don't feel satisfied with refund. They never followed up or help with reconciling this issue..

    I purchased an arrangement on 2/13 to be delivered 2/14. I did an online chat with a rep, and they said since it was to a business address, it would for sure be delivered by 5pm on 2/14. At 5:30, it was still not delivered. Now it is 2/15, it was not delivered still, and I have not heard from anyone. I have sat on hold with the store for hours and no one will answer. I got scammed out of $130 and my friend didn't get their gift.

    On 1/26/2022, I went to the Edible Arrangement website to order a dozen (12) chocolate covered strawberries to be picked up at a local business. The "business" Edible Arrangements gave my order to does not exist. The phone number they gave me to contact them directly was disconnected, and the 800 number given to me by Edible Arrangements ***************) also results in being transferred to a disconnected line. Edible Arrangements had zero intention of following through with the transaction.

    Ordered a product from this local office - store #***, ******************************. I ordered chocolate covered strawberries a week in advance. The purchase price was $52.78. I understand its busy holiday for a service like this but when the purchase and delivery was not present at already now 6pm that day, I called the store in *****************. The phone cue passed me to a national number multiple times. I finally got a local store but only after > 60 min on hold. I finally get a human to answer the phone. It is a male voice, likely late 20's early thirties. I asked for a manger. I waited on hold another 30 min. I then asked for the franchise owners name and contact information. I was then refused this. I was told to call their national number. I spent >60 min on the phone again only to hang up. The last words the local store told me was they have up until 9pm to deliver the product, so I waited. It never showed up.Today I finally called their local number again and finally got a supervisor. I demanded my money refunded. The supervisor apologized suggesting the reason his office failed because he lost 3 drivers that day. 1. I am furious with customer service and their ability to communicate (and be reached) effectively.2. I am furious that when i directly asked to communicate with their mgt, I was blown off with a must petulant manner. I might add your national office never answered the phone despite 60 min on hold.3. I am furious with the very need for their service and emotional stake it provided to my wife on *********** day, that as a customer my needs were infuriatingly blown off and my wife disappointed. So I take to ******** and possibly news media, to be heard when a customer could not be heard; which I might add the BBB did answer to me to suggest a complaint.We have had issues with your product in the past, and now the service. I am disappointed.***********************, MD, FACEP, FACP
