    Terrible property management company. The *** has been super restrictive and In my view unhelpful and even worse unfair. I intend on making this my last time living in a *** property!

    Our community called a special meeting because of how bad the ***/*** was in managing funds and the community. In the special meeting, the board was voted out - all positions and a new board was elected. *** has multiple people there, the *** hired police just to be dramatic and waste money and there was a ***/HOQ lawyer present as well to verify the election. The votes were counted multiple times, the lawyer verified the count and announced the installment of the new board. A few weeks later, the *** continued to work with the ousted board to find a way to overturn the will of the community and spent lots of money to do so - none of it authorized by the newly elected board. They claimed voter irregularities without showing proof or calling for another election, involving the community.... nothing. They just made the decision to overturn the election in conjunction with the previous board. *** and the farce lawyer hired by ***/*** worked with the old board to maintain power. Now dues have been increased to pay for legal fees and costs spent on police, legal fees to send threatening letters to residents, legal fees for overturning of the election etc. *** is aware that the chances of them continuing to serve the community are slim to none if the elected board was put in control so they worked with the previous board to overturn the election. The community is having to resort to having off site non *** meetings, possibly getting our own lawyer and paying out of pocket to stop the old board and the ***. Those of us who opposed the old board seem to get targeted with violation letters as well while others skate by when there are real violations. This has cost the community in many ways other than *** fees and I would not recommend them to anyone.

    When we decided to switch management companies, these people did not work with the new company in their on boarding AT ALL. It's almost six months later and we are still trying to clear the financial dust because they were so uncooperative. I would NEVER recommend these people to anyone.

    Certainly wish I could give 0 or negative stars. If everybody is screaming they are scamming people and having us overpay then its true! The ************ *** is a scam. There are 834 homes and counting paying $800 a year, which will be increasing to $1000 in January ****, yet the amenities and clubhouse are mediocre. Thats over $700k annually and the communities have nothing financially to show for it. There is ONE pool and ONE playground for over three communities, which are outdated and subpar. The pool or playground is ALWAYS closed due to maintenance, etc. the money we pay compared to the budget does not add up. The math just isnt mathing and us residents KNOW that the money being taken from us is being spent elsewhere. The *** board members and CMA are in cahoots together and it is not clear where the money goes. There is no way this *** should be charging residents the dues they are with the way the community looks and offers! It is a scam!

    Their customer service is horrible. We have not had access to our pool. I contacted them about issuing a credit. Her response was Why do you require a credit? Then proceed to send another message saying I have to request a key and pay for a replacement. I had to inform her that the key isnt the issue it is the access. Then reminded her that THEY sent an email saying it was under maintenance and we havent heard anything else. So it brought me back to my original question. Will there be a credit because part of the dues is access to the amenities. Her response was NO. Thats it. I guess if it isnt in the script she cant communicate correctly. She then tells me about my contract, which seems like its a script, and that my payment is for maintenance. Ok. I get that. However, hey are quick to pull out the contract but dont hold up to their end of it. We the community has complained about the parking issue.its a big problem. These folks has a drive way empt but park on the street. Meanwhile we are dodging other cars just to get in and out. They park at the top of inclines (we cant see other cars coming) and get this at flipping stop signs, if Im on the right, I have to stop on the left hand side. Its an accident waiting to happen and someone is going to get hurt. People park on all the blind spots. They do NOTHING! Fine the home owner and get your little maintenance money. They have been informed and nothing has been done. Their responses are rude where you dont even want to deal with them. They will once they get hit with a lawsuit. Breaking the contract they love to throw at you. The pool is always dirty because they put these little trees with small pink flowers that are always falling. Bugs in it. Why wont they use the money to keep the place up! Pets roam and p*** in our yards. They dont enforce anything but the freaking payment. Ok cool. I dont mind paying it but make it make sense. Their service leaves a lot to be desired. A total waste.
