    I was lied to they said I only paid cash once and I never did auto pay this picture 12/08 shows I pay with debit card. They stole money off my card and tried to scam me. I've got tons of proof employees stealing customer personal information is wrong and if I had propert they would have sold my stuff at auction

    Business keeps raising the rent ,from $225. a month to $255 within 1 year, Just paid $255 this March 2024. I have been renting storage for *************************************************** a deal for being a long time customer ********************** keeps raising the price, My Unit # **** has not changed in size, I am currently out of ********* on business and am unable to close my account with this company.I want them to show appreciation and stop raising my rent and give a discount to encourage long time renters to stay. I have paid in 20 years over $50.000. Please Stop Storage Post from inflating the monthly agreement.

    I have had a 10x5 storage unit in your Ridgewood facility since June of 2019. I have always had 24x7 access to the unit. The access was altered during the pandemic, because of the pandemic, and then restored at my request.I do not live anywhere near Ridgewood, and I travel a lot; therefore, I cannot always visit my storage during regular facility hours. Additionally, the facility keeps changing (and decreasing) their business hours which is further limiting if I do not have 24x7 hr access to my unit. There is a character limitation in this box so please see my full complaint attached in an MS **** document.

    I am rejecting this response because: I went to the facility on Sunday the 17th to verify restoration of my 24x7 access.  My access did not work on the elevators in the loading ******** and I got trapped in the elevator and had to call 911.  Please ensure my 24x7 access works on the two elevators in the loading area.   I will be able to verify this in January 2024.

    I need to make another complaint to this business regarding my account in 2019 & ************************************* 2023 that I reached out to this business for my pictures and my personal things I told them I was going through a difficult time and needed more time I reached out to this business for help and expressed I really needed certain things I called there and its just attitude from girl who answers phone I tried to call manager and was told he was to busy I was willing to try to go anywhere I had to go to get my pictures and my army things I tried to explain I had pictures and army things I needed and was willing to make payment but they refused they were nasty and rude my son was fighting a addiction problem and I was trying everything to make him well and keep myself afloat till this day I cant sleep and I cry thinking about my pictures and army stuff I just need some type of compensation as to why not one person could help me the owner or manager who I was talking to told me he thinks it was sold to someone in ********** but never ever called me back , please help me get my pictures and army stuff back Im begging ,, and you dont have to treat people disgusting because there going through a tough time

    I rent a unit at this storage facility and my unit was broken in to my items were stolen and my remaining items were vandalized. The storage company refused to cooperate and refused toninvestogatebto catch the perpetrators. Their contract state 24/7 security and camera and my itemsnwouod be safe. I found out about the theft when a manager contacted me and said she found some of my items in a vacant unit. Whoever did this broke my lock, stole what they can carry and what they could not, they removed and placed in a vacant unit so that they can remove it from the premises in increments. The storage company claim they're cameras did not pic up any of this. There are two particular items that was kissing that the storage facility camera should have picked up. I had a big rounded lounge chair that is missing. This chair could not fit into any bag to be hidden. This would have been very visible in size and shape through the cameras. It seems suspicious to me that this was not located. Now I suspect that it was an employee. My unit went into Auction status and the only people who knew what was in there were the auction auditor and the employee who was with them evaluating my property. This as done two weeks after I cleared my account and moved it out of auction status. Someone thought my things were going to be auctined off and they saw what they liked and they stole it.

    I have been a long standing customer with this location for over eight plus years and always paid my bills on time throughout the years until recently. Have been late because of the current state of the economy but always paid within the the extended terms set fourth.The last time i was at my unit prior before the day I paid for the unit which was the day before the auction, all was accounted for. I was with my friend and we both remember seeing large black bags piled up against the back wall which was in that same position for over a year.When i showed up to my unit with my other friend we found out that my lock was cut and when we were taken to my unit by *** the rep at the location, he opened the unit and to my surprise and shock 80% of my belongings that were against that wall were gone. I'm missing confidential bank documents, birth certificate and many other items. This act was not a break in but their standard procedure which is a pre-auction inventory inspection. But it was more then that since many items were stolen out of my unit. ***'s response to us was quote, well, they are licensed, unquote. Being licensed means nothing. People break the law every day who are licensed. I had another increase that went from $339.00 to $399.00 within a few months after a supervisor named **** reduced it to $339.00 and without warning no notice I saw a new charge for almost $400.00 This place raises their rates on a continuous basis and lately, with the so called inflation situation, I interpret it as nothing more but price gouging and greed.This is how this company treats their long term paying customers. They did nothing to correct the theft incident to help. They obviously could care less. Just give us your money plus some.Buyer, beware. I would highly recommend staying away from Storage Post.This will be going to court and they will be sued along with my witnesses to testify against them.

    I have been using their services for over a year. My rate was $9 a month. They sent me a bill for $68 so i questioned them. They told me it was because of insurance that I had on the unit. Which I never had, never agreed to and never paid for prior. Then they said it was because my rate went up to $19.When I questioned this, the "lady" became condescending and gave me straight attitude.She stated my bill was $98 dollars due to the increase and now late fees. That's two different stories and I'm not sure which one is true. A few days after I emailed their company to complain about the lady on the phone I received another bill for over $200.I am a homeless veteran on social security disability because I can't work. I had been paying my bill of $9 just fine up until February.I missed a payment because I had a new bank and a new card. That's 3 months @ $9.They want over $200 now.I need help before this escalates.

    On Tuesday, March 14, 2023, I opened my new storage unit and was shocked at what I saw inside. I moved to Storage Post - Morrisania because of a moving offer I received via e-mail. I was offered a professional move, my belongings in boxes, and the "White ***** Treatment". I thought I was going to get a professional move, but when I opened my storage unit, my belongings looked like they were all thrown inside, there were no "boxes" with my items in them at all, and to make matters even worse, there were other people's items inside my storage unit! What Storage Post Morrisania did shocked me so much, I took photos and text the manager - ******************************* *********************************** immediately. A few minutes later, he called me informing me that he saw my photos and offered to have my stuff in boxes, but that will NOT remedy the issue. All ******* wanted to do was put a band-aid on my problem. I have other peoples belongings in my storage unit, which means some of my stuff must be in other storage units. I have missing items! Does that sound like a professional move to you? The workers clearly did not fulfill what was mentioned in their e-mail! If anything, they did not care and was negligent not only to me, but I am sure to others as well. What the movers did was disgraceful, offensive, and reprehensible. My unit looks like a garbage dump, leaving my cherished belongings a mess. Because of this move, which I fully regret, I am confused and even traumatized. Now I have trouble sleeping, hyperventilate, and will seek therapy soon. I can only imagine if they did this to me, I am sure they did this to others. This storage unit facility, the staff, manager, and especially the movers must be held accountable for their actions and carelessness. A complaint must be filed against them!Thank you.********************************* p.s. I attached two photos. The first being the disaster the movers made and the second concerns items that are not mine that were in my unit.

    Upon going to storage to check on my property, I noticed that several of my bags of clothes were missing. 'When I informed staff, they told me to take pictures, upon returning back to my unit, my personal belongings were on the floor by the elevator, which indicated someone was just in my unit. I then bump into 3 homeless individuals standing by another unit. This individual was actually wearing my clothes I informed the staff, and all I was told was to file a police report. I was never given the proper documents. I informed the staff that my items were being stolen and moved to another unit in the basement as we spoke. staff refuse to *********, until investigation giving them the opportunity to move all my stuff out of the facility. They climbed into my unit from the top. I have pictures. they stole over 30 pairs of sneakers, several coats and clothes
