            On February 27, 2024 I purchased two shirts from this company, but ended up not needing them. I cannot reach the company to initiate the return. Their "returns" link on their website is broken. Their email address bounces back to me. And I have not received any communication from them via their "contact us" link on their website. They are essentially unreachable, and I'd like to return the shirts.

            My ring arrived damaged and broke a week later, they are not the same color that it shows in the picture. I have tried contacting them and have not received a response. I ordered theses for my wedding and now my ring is broken. Im very upset.

            i ordered shirts on jan 18 2023 and have emailed and sent instant messages multiple times and have not yet recieved my package and have not gotten a response and they took my money out right after i placed my order so i know they got the money and it was a ****** order. i have sent them my order number and asked many times just for my money back if they can not send me my merchandise. they will not even respond.

            I ordered rings from southern sisters Jan 24 and I have emailed them 3 times with NO response from them. It is almost March and no response from them. I paid $88 for these rings.

            I made a purchase on 1/29/23 for a set of couples rings around 47 dollars and some change. Online states the order should be sent out in 2 to 5 days, mine still says unfulfilled. I have attempted to contact them by email and through their website, they have made no attempt to reach out for a resolution. I did get a receipt for the order. The order was also a gift and since I have not received an explanation, I've had to purchase a new gift through a more reputable website.

            I ordered on December 27 2022 from southern sisters design and they took my money on the 29th of December and my order still shows awaiting fulfillment, I have tried to contact them by email many times and no responds from anyone, I would like my order or my money back please
