    Date of transaction December 5th 2022 - current date December 14th 2022. I ordered four family Christmas shirts with standard shipping, plenty of time to arrive before Christmas Eve. Their website currently says that you can order through the 18th and still receive before Christmas. Since I ordered, my account says "awaiting fulfillment", has not been shipped, and has not been updated. I have contacted them twice through their website chat and once through Instagram with no response. Order number ****** - amount paid (charged to my credit card the day I ordered) $33.95.

    I ordered a set of rings October 9, 2022 and received them promptly. I emailed them to arrange an exchange of the men's right, but to this day, have never received a response. However I needed to exchange the men's ring for a different size. I ordered for the exchange on November 5, 2022 and sent the ring back the same day. I was disheartened that I couldn't actually talk to a real person in regards to the return. The post office stated the ring should arrive to the company address on November 8, 2022. As of today, I have not received an exchange, the original ring or any messages from the company. When I go to the website, it says that my order is still awaiting fulfillment. I've tried to communicate with them via the messenger link posted on their site, but get a message that it is not a valid username. I have found no other options on how to contact them.

    I tired to buy some items for my girlfriend off the southern sisters designs page the order was really large a few hundred dollars this was back in January its been 6 months no product no refund and no response to my emails don't know what to do next

    I purchased an item and returned same for a refund on 5/3/22. Product was unused AND in original packaging. I then tracked package and company received it on 5/5/22. I have sought to get a refund but without successes. No responses from SS design and attempted to contact them several times texting. No phone number was identified on their website. They ask you contact them by using chat system but non available to access. I just want a refund for $25.15 costs for item plus shipping. I paid $9.10 for return shipping.

    I placed an order on April 26th 2022. I couldnt track the order. I have not received the order either. I used every email on their website and none of them are valid. I have called hundreds of times and either get no answer,or I get the answering machine which is full so you cant leave a message. I was charged for the order immediately. I want my order or my money refunded back to me. This is ridiculous

    Yes I ordered some items from this website called Southern Sisters design they're based out of ****** ********** ordered some bras and ******* from there back on August 20th of 2021. Within 24 to 48 hours $55.90 was removed from my credit card. I never heard nothing else from them. A week or so what by still not saying no shipping information nothing. A month-and-a-half went by so don't email no phone call no text message no package oh, so I emailed them. I never got a response back. Another month went by maybe two and I emailed them again letting them no that I was about to be moving, never got a response back. About a month before I moved I emailed them again and still no response. I moved and I contact them again and still no response. I just I want my money back is all I don't want the items I ordered I just want my $55.90 back. If it's put back on my credit card or if it's mailed to Me by check I don't care I just want my money back. This is crazy extremely crazy that I have to go to this extreme to get my money back. I thank you for your time and your help.

    I ordered a swimsuit on March 20th and it said it would be here within 2 weeks. But I've emailed the company 5 x and no response. My order number is ******. I just don't want to be ripped off. If you can't send me my stuff then at least give my money back. I paid ***** for it

    Ordered swim suit for wife on April 11 th still hasnt shipped and cant get a response dont know if this a business scam or what but sent four email one couldnt deliver and others never answered me back they sure got my money quick but cant give me a simple response for almost two weeks I been trying. Please help would just like my product I paid for or money back
