Ive never been so humiliated by a company. I went to purchase a Honda Crv that was advertised online. I drove almost 200 miles to see this car because the price was good. However, the salesman told me that although the price was correct, I had to purchase their special add-on warranty treatments which I knew to be totally worthless. After over two hours of negotiations, I still was forced to pay an additional $500. I would have walked away from the whole deal except we had driven so far and the car was in immaculate condition. They also lied about the existing manufactures warranty. They told me outright lies of all the things that were not covered hoping I would buy their expensive 3rd party warranty. I checked with Honda later to confirm they lied. Their deception should be criminal

They don't hold up their end when it comes to the warranties! Do not recommend this place at all! I purchased a car from them on Oct 1 2022. So Ive had the car roughly 4 months. Our sales guy was ****. First thing he told me and my boyfriend is that he isnt a no guy. He does t like to say no without knowing the answer 110%. Every offer we asked for on the 2016 Tesla Model S we bought he would say no, thats not possible or no we dont do that or Im gonna say no but let me go ask my supervisor. Every time he said no he came back with a supervisor. The guy looked like a complete fool! (Yes we still bought from there only because we got a Bargin, so we thought). When we started signing paperwork with ******* in the financing department he was going over all the warranty options with us. He was going over specifics of each line item on the warranty packages. He told us towing was covered under 100 miles and tires with ware and rare were covered. I say these two things specifically because these are the two things we have had issues with just within 4 months. We purchased the best warranty packages they offered for all the things that were covered with it. Paying almost $400 more a month for this warranty package. 2 months after owning the vehicle I took it in to the service center, I had a chunk of rubber from my tire off and wanted them to look at it to make sure it was okay and safe to drive with, they then told me that it was fine to drive on and I would be set! Come 2 more months later, that SAME tire is flat!! They then told me that the other 3 tires were bold! But wouldnt replace them because the warranty didnt cover it! I know how to read papers but ******* in financing had told us that this was covered. I did not feel safe driving my car 40 miles back home with 3 bald tires because they wouldnt replace it. I spoke with ***** and ******* and they are complete jackasses. They dont care about their customers safety. They are rude and disrespectful.

Awful place!!! They will hire anybody and the owners are pitiful themselves! Do not do business with Shottenkirks because the same owner owns them. They lie and tell you different prices.

I purchased a 2019 suburban from them and Ive only had it for a little over a year and it turn out to be a lemon. They dont care about their customers only about making a sale. Ive told them about the car issue I was having and asked for it to be replaced if possible but got no response at all from them. I had a Mechanic look at the car and the said all of this was pre exiting issues they covered up. Its ridiculous and the dont deserve to be in business
