    I rented through the realty from June, 2023 - September, 2023. After a series of mishaps, for the safety of both my nephew and my health, I vacated the property. I could not endure the unlivable conditions both within and around the property. The mishaps were a mildew/moldy odor, a constant burning smell that irritates my lungs and produced a constant cough, tiredness, excessive sleepiness (which resulted in going late to work assignments), air conditioner going out for two days on excessively hot days, a plumbing issue that they hired an ignorant and disrespectful plumber who verbally assaulted me and intentionally flooded the place with sewage water that I was exposed to for over a day which damaged my living room set through the odor and water exposure. I have video footage of the plumbing incident including the verbal assault by the Plumber. I also was subjected to harassment from the next-door neighbor through standing behind or near my vehicles. This harassment stemmed from the poor handling by the management company through informing them of my complaint about them using my parking space. The neighbor later told me that she used my water hose as well as removed one of my garbage cans. She bragged about her deeds. I have her son on camera one day running across the lawn doing something. This neighbor later bragged that both she and her ex-husband had known the Plumber for a long time and that association is what contributed to the Plumber intentionally flooding my unit. All of these actions were under the control of the real estate agency. They should have done a better job in vetting a plumber and even after the verbal assault was reported to them and a request made for him not to return, he was still sent back. I had to endure more of his hostility and hostile treatment. An assisting agency steered me to this property, promised assistance with any issues but failed to provide assistance when issues arose.

    Hello, ************* complained from the beginning of move in. She did not do her own Due Diligence of where she was moving to. She was only there 3 months, she was in breach of a 12 month contract.  I talked with the plumber while he was there.  He resolved the issue and showed up within 24 hours. Again, ************* did not like the neighborhood or its surroundings, bottom line. Mgmt

    We have been having problems with this management company since the first time working with Pat Astrin. We were told at the beginning of our lease that we would make payments directly to ********************* LLC, free of charge. However, months later Astrin property management contacted us about making payment to their company. No one ever told us we would be paying high fees to make payments to the management company. We began making payments to Astrin ******************* where were swindled Into making excessive amount of rent payment processing fees from this company. *** has lied about several issues including fees, fixing repairs in the home and several other things. Pat Astrin, would never address our concerns, instead she would wait days and months before responding to our call and emails. I believe this is the reason this company has anegative reviews on their website. Below are a few things we have paid for because the management company failed to do so. Electrical outlet rewiring - basement, main level & third floor $5000.00 Fridge - We was without a fridge for 45 days, food was spoiled and had to repurchase food items cost $500.00 Smoke detectors in home at the time we moved in were dummies - We paid a service company to install real smoke detectors $3,500.00 New sink in basement: $1000.00 Water heater went out after moving in they failed to replace: $3,000.00 Paint the home because the paint was peeling throughout the home and still is peeling. $6,500.00 Garage door repairs because motor on garage door went out: $1,000.00

    Absolutely 100% false. They are upset as their lease/lease purchase was up April 30th. They were unable to obtain a loan to purchase per their lender. The owners are wanting their property back, it's that simple. No need to discuss false allegations. Mgmt
