Where do I begin about this sham of a company! This lady is very racist and controlling. She cares about no one or nothing but money. She doesnt tell the owners the truth. When she recognizes that you have great income she will up charge you and never fix anything! She is ****** rude and crooked. She has a reputation in the area and no one likes her even the police. Her own staff hates her and she constantly goes through several people working in her office. She requires them also to be rude and some of them just follow the rules. She hires the cheapest laborers to do any work. She will get appliances from the junk yard. Owners really have no idea about her. Her husband was cheating with a local worker and ended up divorcing her and she was on more of a rampage. I understand everything that everyone is saying and its true. Her days are numbered and I cannot wait until her day comes to feel what she had put all of these families through. I wish bad on no one but this lady cant think that anything good will come her way. Shes already aged and has back problems so just sit and wait until she gets her karma because its coming. She is raising rent and taking deposits and leaving entire families homeless while she vacations off of their hard earned money. Just dont do it! She is the worst kind of human being you can encounter. A pure evil person

This company is a complete scam. When we visited the home that we were supposed to rent, one of her agents met us there and immediately stated that she disliked the way that this company was run by ***. We took a tour around the house and noticed mold in the master bathroom, damage to the front door, scratches and marks from a previous tenant and we were told that regardless, those things wouldn't be fixed and it would remain as is. Being that we really didn't have a choice, we went ahead and signed the lease with the damages and asked that as long as they're not put on us we would rent. After our lease was up, we continued to pay the monthly rate that they stated would go up but couldn't afford it. We ended up getting evicted and taken to court for not paying 1/2 of May rent and the charges for the daily rate until we left after the court date. We took pictures of how we left the house and sent them to her and she lied and said we left the house destroyed. I don't know how she's still in business with her harassing previous tenants to pay for damages that were already there.She has so many bad reviews on ****** and she harasses you until you remove your bad experience with her. I would type of more and if I could show pictures of how unprofessional she is and her staff I would. If you're looking to rent a house, please remain homeless before renting with her.

Racist! Narcissistic! Manipulating! *** astrin will raise the price after she looks at your income. She doesnt clean the homes after other tenants move out! This home was advertised with central a/c and heat but we have a/c units in the window! All communication is done through her leasing ppl and they will tell you all the wrong things to help *** keep your deposit! -I have holes in my roof when it rains it pours on my bed! -grandfathered ac units have 1-7 labeled old as hell! Its 102* degrees outside and 92 degrees in my home with all units on! -Im now on pre paid lights due to the usage of &**** a day because it is so hot I have to keep the unit on! - there are sooo many holes leading to the crawl space we have had possums and cat come through the vent in the back room which we kept locked since! -motel 6 has a better bathtub then what we moved into! She will not fix it she says the owner thinks it cost to much same response of broken ac! -I was told I could renew my lease. She raise the rent 2x for renewal of $300 more.-I asked for the ac and roof to be repaired and I would gladly continue making this home suitable through the pandemic! -*** never responded yes or no to repairs instead she IS REQUESTING THAT I VACAY THE PROPERTY IN 3O DAYS AND BEFORE MY LEASE ENDS IN SEP!-THE LEASE IS FAKE ! never received and original copy. When request it took forever and she created a document! - SHE HAS NO REASON TO MSKE ME VACAY BUT IS STILL LOOKING FOR ME TO PAY RENT! -she will act as if her made up lease are things you agreed to an signed but take a look at your lease AND ALSO GA LAWS! I would love to upload all pictures from move in time where leasing agent approved all damages would be repaired see at walk through and permission to paint home and color except bright pinks and reds!! -she runs to our white neighbors for information about our home! When she does come to inspect she brings her fake lease! DONOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY
