    I was super duper excited to get my order of 2 x Sea **** and a small bag of tea. it took a while to arrive... like several weeks. My package arrived and the Sea **** was leaky. it was wide mouth pint jars... leaking and lids were distended and bent. it smelled horrible. they were wrapped lovely and had cold packs - though the cold packs were no longer cold. they appeared to sit w **** for 10ish days before delivery. (They were shipped wayyy after the order was placed.) they were shipped priority - so there was insurance I assume. I understand Cerebral Teas had no control over shipping time once package is handed over. The biggest bummer is I have emailed Cerebral Teas a few times, no reply. I have also fb messaged them, w no reply. I had hoped to do a **** insurance claim... and reorder. or something. ********** :(

    My fianc placed an order for a package of tea. She has placed a few orders for this before and never had an issue. Upon placing her 3rd order she reached out on Instagram and they asked her for her order number which she gave to them. She replied asking for an update and they didnt reply so she made 3 email attempts and didnt receive a reply. When she went to reply on instagram they blocked her from their package as she requested a refund.

    On August 28, 2023 I ordered five 16 ounce jars of elderberry syrup at a discounted price of approximately $10 per jar, a total of $65.40 including shipping costs. On September 11th a shipping label was created with **** and it was advertised by Cerebral Teas for 2- business day shipping. I expected to have my order by at least the 15th. I emailed to ask where my order was on Sept 23, 27, 29 (officially requesting a refund). On October 3, Pedestra, the owner, finally responded and explained that that ***** was a mistake and the whole order never should have been processed and it will be refunded right away. To date, I have no refund. I have emailed again Oct 4, 9, and 10th and messaged their ******** and Instagram accounts trying to get their attention for my refund.

    This individual has been a customer for 3 years, with 20+ successful order. This is the first issue with an order(system accidentally sold $30 product for $10 - customer took advantage of this glitch) and as promised this order was cancelled and refunded in October. Quite unnecessary filing a BBB complaint. We are happy to never do business with this person again.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    How was I to know it was a glitch? My order was accepted and processed for shipping. Plain and simple. There was no follow up to say there was a problem otherwise. Your customer service is absolutely appalling. I dont understand why Ive been ignored for a month to resolve OUR issue and why Im being treated this way when Ive clearly been a customer for years. I want my reviews taken down. Let me know when youve deleted them.
