    I have done business with them previously with zero issues. I placed an order Black Friday 2024. Tracking Number was issued by **** on 12/14/24. Fast forward to 1/27/25, **** still has not received the order. It was like pulling teeth to get a response for a refund which I was promised in 3-5 business days on January 9th 2025. 11 business days later, not counting weekends.. still no refund, no response back, no tracking update, and **** still hasnt received the package. No type of communication and when they do respond, the run around is given. please take their LLC away!

    I have placed orders with this company twice before and waited over a month for my product to be delivered. I placed an order at the end of November and Im still waiting on my order. I have contacted support with no reply. I am out of $76 and no order. They are extremely unprofessional and I will never do business with them again. They are committing fraud and have sent emails to place orders but yet Im still waiting on my order for over 6 weeks.

    I placed an order in late August of this year and at that time, their policy said that their processing time would be between 5-7 days. After 2 weeks went by, there were still no status updates. I sent a total of 5 emails to their customer service email address, hoping that they would respond between ***** hours, which was also on their policy. I never once received a response or any kind of confirmation that my message had been received. I even tried reaching out via their Instagram account and once again, I was met with dead silence. I could not tell either whether the message had been opened or received. I could not understand why it was taking more than 2 weeks for my order to be shipped and the company never notified their customers that they were running into any kind of delays or longer processing/shipping timelines. All their customers were in the dark. My order finally shipped in mid-September but another 2 weeks went by and it never got delivered. At this point, I thought the package got lost so I had no other choice but to dispute this charge on my credit card. The dispute was completed within 12 hours and I decided to put the experience behind me. About a week after the dispute was completed, my order ended up being delivered in late September, almost an entire month later after I originally placed the order.Almost a month later, in late October, I finally received a message via Instagram. When I explained my experience and frustration, she told me that she was going to invoice me for the order anyway and if I did not pay, my customer account would be deactivated and I would be banned from making future orders. I refused, due to the fact that they broke their policy by not processing on time and not communicating with their customers. My customer account was quickly deactivated, they stopped responding to my messages and I was blocked on Instagram.I'm shocked and highly disappointed by the lack of accountability that was taken by this company.

    I order from this company its been 13 business days and still havent received my order I email them several times no response nothing. Dont order from this companys. That is wrong they are just taking peoples money

    Ordered in January and its the middle of march and still didnt get my product . Gave me fake shipping detail and then stopped responding to my messages on ig. I need my money back . Yall selling anxiety tea and giving people anxiety with this . Horrible customer service . I need my money back asap . Im sure Im not the only one this happened to.
