This company isn't very honest and their customer service is terrible. I started with Future 5 months ago to replace another lawn company that was having personnel issues. I got a great quote and they started. After a couple of months my lawn looked great. After the 4th month I started noticing weeds appearing and called about spot treatment. It took 3 calls before any return communication, which ended up being an automated message about an appointment. After the "scheduled appointment" no one showed up and I called twice the week of Aug 22nd and got a voicemail box. Called again the following week because no one called me back and got a nice young lady on the phone that explained to me that no one came to do my lawn because they ran out of product and the office didn't know, it was just on the account. So I asked her how was I supposed to get serviced and she said she would schedule it again but I had not been rescheduled. I asked if she could send me that via email because I was going into a meeting and she agreed. I never received the email. The next date for service was supposed to be Sept 6. No show, I called again no answer, then got another automated message about a scheduled date of Sept 8. Actually got 6 calls in a row and all left voicemails from the automated service about the Sept 8 appointment. Sept 8 came and no show. I called on Sept ******************************* I would go to the BBB and place a complaint. I explained on the recording that I do not like to place complaints or leave bad reviews but I need someone to contact me to resolve this or I would. Well, today is Sept 14 and still no call and still no service. So here I am. Unsure if they read these or not but I need a refund back from my last charge and am requesting that my account be cancelled asap. I wish I would have come to the BBB to check out there score before enrolling with them to begin with. The management of this company needs to consider something else.Initial Complaint

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Future Services ***orporated, located at *******, *******. The date of the transaction took place on September 11th, 2023, and I have been paying $35 per month for a year for the lawn care services.The nature of my dispute stems from the insufficient crabgrass control and poor workmanship of the company's employees while providing lawn care services. Despite my explicit request for adequate spraying to control crabgrass, the employees failed to fulfill this requirement.I contacted a representative of Future Services *** and requested for re-servicing. They assured me that someone would revisit my property on Monday, September 18th, 2023. However, due to the inconvenience caused each time the company visits my house, including having to put my dog in a kennel and incurring additional costs, I asked if they could send someone earlier. I was placed on hold by the representative, and the call eventually dropped without any resolution.Subsequent attempts to contact the company's sales and customer service departments proved futile, as I was continually placed on hold without anyone addressing my concerns. As a result, I hereby request that my subscription with Future Services ***. be immediately canceled. I have previously expressed this desire to the company, but they have failed to acknowledge my request and continue to deduct money from my **************** credit card account. I sent an email to them today, specifically stating my intention to terminate the services and requesting an acknowledgment of my email. I would appreciate your assistance in ensuring that Future Services ***orporated cancels my subscription and ceases any further deductions from my credit card account.Initial Complaint

I have contacted Future Services several times and they will not respond. I had them treat my house for termites in Oct/Nov 2022 and for financial reasons couldn't renew in November 2023. I did find termites all in the frame in my back door February. Knowing the damage could not have been done in the 2 months I didn't have service which meant it occurred WHILE I had the service. I called the salesman ******, he came out and suggested it might have come under the slab and I need to know if that was possible, why not put a trap near the slab. ****** said he would have to bring his manager and I've not heard from them since.Initial Complaint

This is the second time I was charge incorrectly. About 3 weeks ago, I spoke to a rep to request a refund of $163 because they was only suppose to take out $116 but they took out $279. O have called three times about my refund. I spoke to someone Friday and basically said the person that use to do credit quit and they hiring a new person and she basically been training. Also made me aware that I wasnt only customer with the same issue. I dont understand that you dont have anyone to help with processing these credit. This is unacceptable.Initial Complaint

To Whom it may concern,Please take a look at the pics of the technician from Future Services. He first failed to alert us that he was first of all on our property, and secondly that he was here to spray. He only sprayed the outside of the property and not the inside. In addition, he was supposed to evaluate our garage to POSSIBLY upgrade to rodent control per my request and call customer service. I called yesterday 01/06/23 and spoke to a CSR and informed her that so far I have not been happy with the service as the pesticides have not been effective. In addition, we called one time prior to this and requested sticky pads for the rodents in our garage, and were told that they would not be driving all the way out just to bring us sticky pads and that our best bet would be to go to Lowes or on Amazon to order some. We live in ************* ** and the company is in ************** from my understanding. If you are not willing to drive all the way out to the customer, why even accept my business and promise to come back out in between quarterly pest control services if you are not going to stand by your policy? Keep in mind that we were told that if they needed to come back more than once quarterly that they would be happy to do that. Well, the next service was not going to be within the next month and my husband has had to resort to going to Lowes and purchasing pesticides and rodent products because Future Services products have not been working. I am requesting that this service be canceled without the $100 penalty since it is clear that this company has unethical people working for them and has not provided quality service on the phone or in person. The technician that showed up today knew he was supposed to come inside and spray and evaluate our garage. He failed to do that for whatever reasons and for that reason, I will not be paying for services that were not completed in full and will be CANCELING this service. Other than the initial appointment, no "service" has been scheduled prior to someone showing up supposedly treating only the front yard and invoicing me $89.00. To add insult to injury, I now have two huge ant beds in my front yard where there was no ant issue in my yard previously.To be charged $89.00 for services not received (inside my home and back yard) is unacceptable.More recently Ive received additional invoice for $100.00 contract cancelation. I advised ************** would consider paying when shown a contract I signed. Back in July I reached out to the service provider for pest control because I had seen ants, every where in my house is outdoors, indoors, garage area porch etc. I was ask for a downpayment of $199. before service was rendered and that they'll come twice 1st time then follow up every 3mo for $99. They come out and sprayed and still yesterday 16th I had them sprayed 2nd time and the same problem is still there. I called today 17th ask for a Manager ******************* she said she'll have him call me back. All I want is a cancelation they talking about a cancelation fee $100. I don't think they deserve any cancelation fee for a product that doesn't work. I'm not asking for a refund I just want cancelInitial Complaint

The last termite service was done 23 May; the next termite service is not due until on/ or after 23 Aug. Future service called me and left a voicemail message on August 11, 2022 stating they have me on the schedule for termite service on August 15, 2022. I called customer service on August 12, 2022 and informed them it was not time for the termite service and that I did not want anyone to come to my hone on Monday August 15,2002. I also informed them that I live on a fixed income. Future service should not be forcing service on anyone. The service man came out to my house this morning (August 15, 2022) and performed the service. I was not at home, but I saw the service being performed on my ring camera. The service should be performed every 3 months. This is a format complaint, because this is not the first incident I have had with future service.Initial Complaint

I hired this company upon seeing a flyer in my mail box. ***************** came to my home 01/22 as schedule. I told him that I will issue a check for that days service and if I chose to continue with Future Services, I will write a check after each visit. ***************** stated that was fine. I told him I will call the company to schedule another visit if I chose to keep them. He gave me no paperwork to sign. A few weeks later while at work, I get notification from my security system capturing a man doing a quick sweep of the front entrance ceiling with a broom and then getting into his car and leaving. I get home from work and see a note from Future Services stating they were at my home and work was not done because they had no access to backyard. The next day I called the office and spoke to someone who stated they will look into this matter. Didn't receive a call back. Three days later I receive notification from my bank that a check for $89 is being cashed by Future Services. I never authorized recurrently payments from my check. Additionally, they had no authorization to come to my home. My bank stopped the check payment and any future attempts to fraudulently cash a check. I called and spoke to a ******** who said she will email me proof that I signed a contact. She sent nothing after calling her twice. A month later, I received a computer generated contract with my name typed on it. My first and last name were spelled wrong on this suspicious document. Now they are adding a late fee and say I owe $91.68 now. Their technician is seen on video trespassing at my home without doing any pest control work, they attempt to cash a check that was never authorized, they send me a fake document that has my name typed in and spelt wrong. They are sending me a **** for work they never even did as seen on security camera and by their own technician's note. And then threatening to take me to collections. I'm never delinquent on any bills. Do not mess with my credit. I owe nothing.Business response

I sincerely apologize this incident occurred. Based on our records, it appears a callback has been scheduled for Thursday, June 23, 2022 to complete the service in the backyard. All future services have been cancelled to prevent any further billing. The inspector who you originally spoke with is no longer with the company, however, we will address the service matter with the technician as we want to ensure quality service is being rendered moving forward with our other customers. I am rejecting this response because: I do not have an appointment with Future Services *** to come to my home and finish work in my back yard on 6/23/22. Another unfortunate representation on their part. I received an automated call from Future Services this morning stating that tghey are calling to confirm my appointment for tomorrow 6/23/22. I immediately called the office and spoke with a *****, informing her that I never scheduled an appointment and I want it cancelled immediately. Why would I be scheduling an appointment with them while this whole matter is still in dispute. Are these people for real?. I do not want them at my home. Coming to my back yard and spraying does not warrant $89.00 and all of the hassle they have put me through for the past months. I want all future services cancelled and no more communication with me. I also want documentation in writing stating I owe them nothing.

The previous request for resolution states they wanted the complete service rendered. We had a callback on schedule to be completed, which was scheduled by our billing department on June 20th during a phone conversation with the customer. We are working on pulling the phone recording now for our own internal verification, however, at this point, we will remove the charges and an alert has been placed on the account that there should be no further contact made with this customer.Customer response
