Do not use them! They are terrible. They bill $99 for the initial service then make you pay for the follow up service which was not disclosed. Furthermore, they dont even stick dont even follow up so pest continue to be an issue. Then charge you $50 a month but only service once a quarter. Then when you request to cancel services they say its a $100 cancellation fee. They are a rip off. Avoid at all cost. Id give 0 stars.

I signed an agreement for their termite inspection to take out a monthly charge of ***** per month. They had a price increase and decided they would go up ***** a month without notice. However, after several times trying to reach them, they said yes, we failed to send out a notice but they had a price increase. This is not the first time, they actually took out $199 as a down payment twice so I had to fight to get that back. Not sure what is happening with this company but in looking at reviews their services especially with billing, their practices to remove or over charge customer is not right.

I needed a termite inspection for a refinance of the house. In the process I also received pest, mosquito and weed at a cost of over 750 dollars. The company never sent the termite letter and when I called, I was accused of never paying for it. It took two calls to get someone to look in the file and see I not only paid but had a year plan. I had to attain another pest control to remove roaches, I never had, the workers would sit in their trucks and spend two or more minutes and charge you for a quarterly of removing spider webs and spraying, not sure what. I had mosquitoes, all year. I had to cancel the weeds because they were spraying for weeds and the weeds overcame the yard. ************* ever. I canceled thinking I was going to sell my home. I emailed twice and they kept calling and scheduling. I called the company over 5 times to cancel, and they kept trying to send someone out. Once you put your card on line to pay, the site wont let you take it off. I had to have my bank put a stop on paying them. I finally received an email saying I had canceled and not more than two weeks later, someone came to my house without calling and took all the termite cages. I asked them to bring back or replace them as their guy removed the existing pest traps to put theirs in. I was told NO, Management hung up on me when I called to get an answer and tried to talk down to me like it was my fault for canceling. The worse pest control Ive had. I was told they didnt call because after you cancel they delete your information??. I wasnt home, my camera caught guy sneaking to pull the cages, No knock on door, no card saying we were here, and calling corporate was a dead in. Bad company, ************** and awful pest, mosquito and weed control. They should not be in business!
