This business sold me an iPhone 14 September 15th. By December 15th the phone was blocked by T-Mobile! ******** says the original owner is on a payment plan and stopped paying for the phone! I placed an order for an iPhone 15 Pro Max on January 24th, 2024, for the amount of $949.99 on ***** I received the phone via mail on January 29th, 2024. The phone functioned properly until mid-November 2024. However, upon visiting the T-Mobile store because my phone service was cut, an employee ran my phone's **** and discovered that "the device is on loan and blocked for nonpayment." This situation contradicts the item description, which promised a refurbished iPhone 15 Pro Max that was unlocked. When the item was sold to me, the seller failed to ensure that the previous owner had paid off the phone. As evidenced by the provided documents, my request for a refund from the seller was refused. This is problematic because I am left with a phone that has no mechanical failures but is unusable due to the blocked service. The outcome I seek from the Better Business Bureau is a resolution to this issue, which includes either a full refund for the purchase or assistance in unblocking the **** so that the phone can be used as intended. Additionally, I would like **** and the seller, YYWireless, to be held accountable for their failure to ensure the phone was free from any financial obligations before selling it to **** appreciate your attention to my complaint regarding this issue. Your assistance is invaluable, and I look forward to any updates or resolutions you may provide. Thank you for your commitment to consumer protection and for helping to ensure fair practices in the marketplace.

I had purchased a ******** Galaxy Tab S6 Lite 10.4" 64GB Android Tablet w/Long Lasting Battery, S Pen" on your Amazon shop on July 25th 2024. It was having issues, so I followed your return protocol and brought it to my local *** store before August 31st considering I had a replacement tablet on the way. You claimed I never returned it and still charged me $183.26. I only have one tablet but have been charged for two and am looking to be refunded the money you owe me. Also, you told me this tablet was in good condition when it stopped working almost instantly. It crashed over and over to the point where it was unusable and needed to be returned. My new tablet works perfectly fine. I've already sent the first tablet back. I need to be refunded.

On 2Sept24 I bought an **** iPhone 15 Plus from this company through the ****** website. They sent me the item on time, it arrived on time. I tried to unlock it through **** to activate it to use with ****** fi. When I complained they responded "Our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused by this situation. Normally there isn't an issue transferring network service onto a carrier locked device that has an unpaid balance." So **** admitted they sell phones with unpaid balances.

    Business response

    Hello,

The listing that this device was purchased from is an AT&T locked listing. This means that we've already attempted to unlock the device from AT&T but were unsuccessful, and have sold the device as locked. If you purchased this device by mistake. We're more than happy to accept it back for a full refund. You can open an ****** return request so that an Amazon return label can be provided to you, or you can use the included return label inside of the original packaging to return the device back to us. Once the package has been returned, we will issue a full refund within 2 business days of the device being delivered back to us. Please message us on ****** if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Best Regards,

    Bayshine Trading Inc.

I am rejecting this response because: they are selling items with a balance on them from a previous owner. The AT&T phone is locked to AT&T carrier due to a remaining balance on the phone owed to AT&T. They are selling phones with unresolved carrier balances. I am not the only who has had this issue.

I had no issues getting my money back, they were true to their word. My issue is their Business practice of selling phones with unresolved previous balances. Future consumers should be spared from these types of business practices.

    Sincerely,

    ******** ******

I purchased a ** V60 from the seller "YYWireless" on **** on 12/******* May 2024, I notified the seller the front and back glass of the phone were detaching by themselves with no physical damage.I had brought the phone to a repair shop where the technician states that the phone was previously refurbished and was poorly done hence why the front and back glass of the phone was detaching on their own.The seller has also lied about the battery health.I've had to have the front screen replaced, the battery replaced, & the back glass re-adhered.I had to pay for these repairs out of pocket. The seller also advertises the phone as unlocked meaning the phone should be capable to use on all carriers who accept it however ******* Executive support has looked into this, and the phone is PERMANENTLY LOCKED to the ******* carrier.I have provided all evidence to **** **** aka YYWireless and they have refused to take responsibility for the false advertised ******* I had to invest my own money and time into this device as well the device being in better than received. I am requesting a full refund for what I paid to the seller.I have tried to work with the seller several times however they have continuously stonewalled and refused to acknowledge their fraudulent advertisement and description of item

    Complaint: 22216713

I am rejecting this response because:

The issues in which I mention did not "develop" however were inherited with the device.

-Seller admits that they were unaware of the battery health. Their diagnostic report shows no battery health and states unknown. It was advertised as 85% health but the lifetime charge did not meet that. The battery had to replaced.

    - The seller admitted to being unaware the phone was refurbished. A certified technician that the phone shop where in which it was serviced stated that it showed signs of refurbishment. And stated a front screen and back glass should not simply detach themselves from the bottom. The prior owner(s) of this device or the seller had to have refurbished the device as it suffered no physical damage for the issues to occur. Hence the issue's were pre-existing till they fully showed.

    - The seller states they have a "Contract" with ******* and told me to look for an unlock option on the device. ******* Devices are automatically unlocked after 60 days. As you can see from the prior photos, a ******* Executive agent clearly states that this item can not be unlocked due to the fact that their is no "Point Of sale" meaning ******* cant validate whether the device was actually ever purchased or stolen, sold by a retailer, 3rd party, or grey market. Hence the device is completely unlockable.

-The seller states they have a contract with ******* but are complete unaware of how verizons unlocking policy works. Their is no option for this device to just "unlock" it. It should've been already unlocked. However as the ******* executive agent states, this phone CAN NOT be unlocked.

I have had  to pay out of pocket for this device to be repaired and it's in brand new condition in comparison of how the seller sent it. You can see in the prior pics where their were dents in the body from droppage. This is just proof that at someone someone must have had the device repaired at some point.

I state again, these are not issues that developed. These were inherent issues that were already with the device.

The device on **** is listed as "Excellent & Unlocked" Stating the device is unlocked in title, specifications, and description. Everything about the advertised is contradiction to the device received and **** has stated the seller is still responsible for their listing and selling of this device.

The seller states on **** they would get back to me and never have as of 8/30/24

I requested the sellers legal address to send them notice of small claims action if they so choose to ignore their false advertised and fraudulent sale and they have refused to release such info.

The seller has continuously has acted in bad faith given their constant contradictions in what they state as well as not taking responsibility for their listing which does not accurately describe the item received.

I've asked the seller for months for assistance and they have completely brick walled me at any attempt or realization of their mistake and errors

    Sincerely,

    **** *********

Bayshine Trading is a 3rd party seller on Amazon.com. They sold me a iPhone 14 Plus, 128GB phone that was stated as (Renewed) in "Very Good" condition. After 4 short months of using the phone, we recieved notifiation from our carrier ****** that the **** had suddenly been reported as stolen, and the phone was now bricked or useless. I contacted Bayshine Trading for a replacement or refund and they refused, stating it was past their "90 day return window". They sold me a stolen iPhone that is now completely useless!

Purchased a ******* galaxy watch pro 5 From seller In excellent condition. Seller states they shipped the watch and provide tracking. Tracking does show watch was delivered but it was never received by me. I was only 10 minutes behind the mailmans delivery so I doubt the that watch was stolen. Most likely with was a substatute driver and was not delivered top the correct address. Seller should be able to check this with a gps pin on delivery from ***** tracking number is **********************. ****** refuses refund saying it is not there responsibility. Seller did not insure the package so there is no more recourse on my end. **** guarntee closed the case as soon as it was filed. email seller multiple times and there response is always the same repsonse below. I still have no watch and am out out $131.24 sellers response. Hello ****,We would like to apologize if you have not received your package. Unfortunately if the tracking shows as delivered to the address we were provided we are unable to take further action.?Please reach out if you have any additional questions or concerns.Kind regards, ?yywirelesss (*************)

    Hello ****,

The tracking number does show it was delivered to your mailbox, that why there is nothing for both us as a seller and **** as a platform to do.

The tracking number is what the system and policy use as a guideline to determine if a package is delivered to the customer.

If you think the driver made a mistake, please reach out to your local post office and see if they have any insight.

    Thank you.

    Complaint: 22096213

I am rejecting this response because:

as stated multiple times I never received the package. For a $200 item there should of been insurance on package.. **** says because there was NO insurance on the package there is nothing they can do. They state that the seller could contact them and get a credit back on shipping but without being insured they cant do anything else.

ebay may say that a delivery conformation is enough to satisfy them but consumer protection laws say otherwise.  **** has a buyer guarantee but was not covered in this case so it is sellers duty to fix this. Please kindly Refund entire purchase price.

Kindly either send me the watch that I purchased or a full refund.

    Sincerely,
