I bought a renewed phone from this company through Amazon and there was supposedly a *********************************************************************************************************************************************** half of the $400 that I spent on the phone and said they charged a restocking fee of almost $200 and they tried to say the phone screen was damaged which it was not damaged at all! The phone completely stopped working after ony a month of having it. They refuse to refund me the full amount and now I am having to file complaints through Amazon even though I'm sure I'll never see the rest of the money. They seem to be scammers.

Date of occurrence: September 28th, 2021.Reason for dispute: I had my phone sent in on 11/21/2021 to get the battery area fixed. I've been having issues with that same issue with the battery area. It is now making a weird humming noise for no reason that just popped up out of the blue.I had asked to get a replacement phone of same value mainly because I knew this problem was going to arise in the near future, which is did and am having issues with getting a replacement phone mailed to me. My warranty was extended due to it having been worked on by the company I purchased the phone from, and recently expired but a new issue with my phone arose and I believe it's due to the company "trying" to fix it in the beginning. I read their terms and conditions and it says in there that they need to either fix my phone that has the issues with it or replace it. Since they tried fixing it once before, they need to replace it. It does not say in there that I need to send my phone back first in order for them to send a replacement out to me. I ordered a phone in Excellent condition, which it clearly was not. This company has not been trying to work with me, and I told them I do not have another phone to use while a replacement one gets sent to me. I work from home and am a caregiver for my dad, so I NEED my phone. This is something that I am willing to take them to court over due to the fact that these issues and problems that I have with my phone should've never happened. Bayshine Trading *** needs better customer service and to not send out faulty phones. Order #: ******* Tracking number: ************

Phone was bought on May 30th 2022 from this business VIA ***** Phone was in good physical condition but when the phone arrived the battery was a 0% which is detrimental to lithium ion battery health. The phone battery has degraded in a very short time. I contacted the seller to ask if possible to get a partial refund so I can go to my local phone shop and have the battery replaced. I was to they will not do this and I would need to return the phone. Sadly once I put my personal data on a phone I am not willing it send it back. I feel a battery replacement cost is more then fair. This phone also came with a 1 year warranty, I contacted the company and they said because I just bought this item there is not they can do about it and will not cover a battery replacement. I called around and the cheapest place to get the battery replaced is CPR phone repair cedar falls ** ***** for $80 labor and parts total. I would appreciate this to be taken care of as the damage resulted from improper care of device before shipment to me.ORDER NUMBER **************

In April 2020 I spent almost $****.on refurbished flagship ******* phone - a 256gb s21 ultra w 8k video capabilities, primarily to use as primary camera on.a documentary project. It reportedly produces cinema quality video and has superb specs. Due to covid19 and logistic issues with team members the project has been delayed. We finally were able to do some test shooting with pro lighting. I discovered that they sent me a 128gb version. This phone does not have a memory card slot, you have to use what you have. 256gb was borderline but 128gb is not usable for shooting serious video.. The price difference was hundreds of dollars. I read their Amazon reviews, BBB reviews, and backmarket.com. if you ****** "bayshine" you can get a link to the reviews on backpacker. IF you sort low to high you will find four other instances of them sellng the same phone and scamming at least 4 other people in the same way, refusing to correct it. I wrote them they said they couldn't help me bc it s been over a year. Regardless the fault is clearly theirs and appears intentionalcand a common practice.. I can't use this thing. Even if they correct the appx $250 difference in price I'm still out almost **** bc it's not even usable. Thanks in advance for any help or ideas you may have.******

On April 14th, 2022 a ** V60 cell phone listed on **** by YY Wirelesss, a subsidiary of Bayshine Trading ***** was purchased. The item was listed as brand new, unopened, unused, untouched with pictures showing a sealed box. The item was received on April 18, 2022. Upon inspection it was clearly not sealed, had been opened, and was definitely touched, as hair was found inside the box. When the merchant was notified, they changed the listing and then offered a $20 credit. We countered $45 credit and pointed out that they had changed the listing from new to open box and this was the going rate difference for an open box product. They admitted the box had been opened, but refused to admit they changed the listing and accused us of misreading. We sent them screenshots showing the original listing and a screenshot from **** showing they had updated the listing, but the continued to deny changes were made. Their listing copy and pictures were fraudulent, and they repeatedly demonstrated dishonesty in an attempt to resolve this issue. No matter how large a business, they should not be allowed to operate fraudulently, unethically, or dishonestly.
