    On December 10, 2020, I spoke with salesperson, **** in my home about a new replacement sliding glass door. It is MI New Premium 1615 Series Sliding Patio door; ****/Argon: White, with/Fin; w/groove Cover 2 point keyed, with Screen. The door has adjustable blinds between the door glass.I gave them a down payment of $2000.00 on January 6, 2021. The door was installed the first part of June of 2021. The door didn't close correctly and **** came out to look at the door and she said don't pay the rest until it was fixed. They came out and I paid the bill. They had to come out again to fix the latch. May 2024 one blind won't raise. I called at least once a month and have been put off. In October they said the door replacement was there but have every excuse for repair guy, ******** to not come out and fix it. I paid good money for a door that doesn't function and has a lifetime warranty. I am tired of having to continually call and I have started to not be nice, No threats, of course, but did say I was contacting BBB.Can you tell me what to do next? I just want the door fixed or a refund and I will go to another company. I have purchased windows there for my entire house and since the door installed, have had to have them come out to fix them from leaking air. Enough I could see the curtains blowing. Could you please tell me what to do next? I am a 72 years old and female and I hope they don't think they are taking advantage of me. Thank you.

    A service was created in August when the customer called to report the problem with her blinds. A new panel was ordered and once received our service manager scheduled the install of the panel the earliest he could. The replacement panel has been installed and the problem has been fixed.

    They came out this past week and repaired the door.
