    I was quoted $200-300 for sprinkler repairs, it took 3 weeks to have a technician show up. This technician completed about 30% of the job and said he would be back the next day, he did not. I waited a week and called back, it took another week for him to return. I was out of town when I received an invoice for $500. I complained to my wife, but paid it as we were going to be out of town another 10 days. I returned to find non of my repairs completed, and the ones he did do, were done incorrectly. I called the business and they promised a call back from the manager. I waited another week-no call back. I called again and they said they were trying to get someone to call me, and they didnt know why nobody would. I waited another week and called back. The person apologized and said "they hope that someone will call soon." Meanwhile, the original sprinkler guy came back to my house, and was still unable to finish the repairs. I have paid $500 and I need to hire another company to do the original work AND fix the things that were done incorrectly. I tried to call the business again today and they have blocked my number! So to summarize, I have a company that is using contractors, wont fix issues, wont ever call back, make promised they wont keep and have now blocked a customers phone number. https://idahosprinklermaster.com/**************

    Tech visited customer multiple times due to customer complaints about job not being completed, however each time customer wanted additional work separate from the original job. Much of the work done after the initial appointment was free of charge. Customer has since acknowledged acceptance of the result, but has not retracted his BBB complaint. Tech notes follow:

    first day working I spent about 3 hours raising heads and moving several heads and repairs to drip line in back yard and the next time I replaced several nozzles along sidewalk and in front yard as well also raised and straighten a few heads and troubleshot drip line where he believed there had been a loss of pressure compared to years past and I wasn't able to find the cause. it was close to a month before I had a chance to return and at that time I did a much more extensive assessment and tried several remedies for front drip line and still wasn't able to figure out pressure issue. I informed customer and personally believe drip line was efficient as well as the rest of the work I did

    I am rejecting this response because: this is an extremely simple situation. I called to have my drip line pressure corrected and sone sprinkler heads raised. This service took multiple home visits over two months, and I still have low pressure and sprinkler heads that were raised incorrectly and are now shooting at the ground. My sprinkler situation is worse than before they ever did work, but I've paid nearly $500 for it. The business is extremely unprofessional and never called me proactively even one time to correct the issue. The technician did eventually cone to my house on multiple occasions, but was unable to solve any of my initial issues. The business claiming I ever asked them to do ANY additional work is a complete falsehood. And once again, after calling them to tell them about my dissatisfaction, they blocked my number. I simply need the same initial problems solved, and it's very unfair for me to pay $500 to a company to worsen my situation, and then pay all over again to a more adept company. Even if the tech tried his hardest and spent hours on my property, but fixed none of the issues, I shouldn't be liable for that. Please provide a refund due to services not completed.
