Good Afternoon I donate plasma for an additional income. Before my appointment on Sunday 04.24.2022 I checked my account to see how far I were from completing my coupon. I was on 1 donation away from the final payment of $240.00. As per usual I take a screen shot of my progress before my donation and go onto the app again a couple of days later to ensure that the payment was correct. When I went onto the app this morning it stated that I was only paid an amount of $20.00 for Sunday's donation and that my coupon was completed. I reached out to biolife and the consultant informed me that they are aware that their computer system has been having some issues but I am still one more donation outstanding even thought the screen shot I provided her showed that my "Donor lapse coupon" was completed with Sunday's donation. She now refuses to give me the outstanding $220.00 compensation even if I did complete my coupon donation as per their system. Can you please have biolife give me the payout as I did follow the information from their app it was out of my control that they were having system problems on their end. Thank you very much.

I received a coupon to donate 6 times for a total payout of ******. I gave the coupon to the manager to enter in to the system before I started my first donation was March 17. I completed all 6 donations on 4/3 I noticed after my second donation on 3/19 that my payout was only *****, Per the coupon the payout should have been ******. I immediately called the office to ask what had happened. They said they were having trouble with this one coupon, but not to worry, that it would "automatically adjust itself" by the end of the promotion. So I completed the final 4 donations with NO correction happening. After my last donation on the 3rd, I called the office again on April 5th to ask why the coupon had not "corrected itself" ..... The manager then told me that actually the Tech who was suppose to have put my coupon BEFORE my first donation, did not put it in until AFTER the donation. Effectively changing the start of the coupon to 3/19. Because of this error, I have lost out on ****** that was suppose to have been paid out on my 6th donation as the coupon stated. He then told me I would have to donate a 7th time to receive the ****** Which is completely NOT the agreement the coupon stated and the center promised. I fulfilled the coupon yet because of their poor performance they now are requiring me to donate MORE.... He did not offer ANY resolution to this except for me to donate a 7th time. This is impossible for me to do since I have a scheduled surgery in 2 days.I don't believe that they do not have the ability to correct this. I want the FULL amount of the coupon as I completed it as required.

My complaint is regarding a promotion for donating Plasma that I was not paid in full for. I am attaching some screenshots, I have more but I was unable to upload as I'd excceded the limit. The promotion was supposed to equal $600, not $450. Even the last payment changed (if you look at the timestamp) from $105 to $65 after the donation. I attempted to contact the company directly and via ******* and no one would respond.

I am new to giving plasma, today was just the 2nd time, overall, and possibly have near ideal, at least very healthy, plasma/blood, and health history, too. I imagine there is quite a market premium on one hours worth of clean, usable plasma. One thing noted is that though this is technically a manufacturing business and operation, in many if not other certain ways its also, obviously, medical: Machines and body-reading settings and technology, vitals, sanitation, disease screening, etc. I imagine most staff are also medically-certified, in some or different ways. Being jammed with a blood-drawing needle, seeing the red fluid drain in a transparent tube across the chest for an hour, hearing or the machine generate or perform unexplained notifications and/or adjustments, and, ultimately, also, for the Patient, only being there b/c, potentially or maybe, one trusted or felt comfortable enough in the first place to do so, lends, by far, the environment to being sensitive, professional and medical more than anything. Today, after 70 mins in the chair, visits to the machine by the staff person seemed limited, and sparse compared to Visit #1 which was at a different location. Once the machine made a beep and a noise, I asked if it slowed down. Nurse reply and while walking away: No, youre good. Question was not whether things, or I am good or bad. Who says its bad if the machine slowed down?! Nurse answer did not respond to or address or acknowledge Patient, in medical facility question. Then, there were just few checks on the machine as, and as i was told, b/c another section had filled up. Finally, I had a question to the same infrequent-visiting Nurse, and waved over a ledge and said I have a ?. Without walking over, the response: Whats up? At end of saline, I sat longerthough for only 4 minutes. But, if waving to Nurses at 50 away when empty of plasma was 1 thing, for a young person to say Whats up? was a joke. ******************* - *******, **.

I went into Biolife Plasma Center on 2/24/21 to give plasma. I was under the impression that I would get $80 for doing so since that's what I was told when I asked before I gave plasma. There is no sign anywhere in the building nor on the doors that tells people what the pay is. You have to rely on what staff tells you regarding this. After I gave about 400 ml of plasma, they machine malfunctioned and wouldn't return my red blood cells, so it seemed. I wasn't sure what was happening when the machine made a noise, but a woman came over and was rude and gruff and told me she has to stick my other arm or I can leave, giving me a choice but not explaining why. When I pressed her to explain better, she was rude, so I asked to speak with a supervisor, Asst. ******* ***** came and said I would get my red blood cells back and then they would disconnect me and let me leave so there wouldn't be any other "rifts", implying I was in the wrong when I was not. He told me I would get paid what I normally would but didn't tell me what that was and I assumed it would be $80, and so I thanked him. I discovered later that I was only paid $20 and not $80, as I thought, and so I returned and spoke with ***** and he said that they only pay $20 for the first donation of the week, although no one told me that, as I told him. I told him it's not posted anywhere and I was never told that. He clearly didn't like this, and after I left he permanently "deferred" me from ever returning. I didn't know this until I returned two days later and I was told this and that ***** put in the computer that I had conflict with more than once person, although I did not. He was dishonest and I did not get the $80 that I was told I would get before I gave plasma. These people are very deceptive and they don't post what the pay-out is as they should. Although I emailed the ******* regarding all this, she never responded.
