************** rented from us a travel trailer.  The reason why we kept the security deposit on his friend's credit card was that during the rental period sofa was scratched and must be reupholstered.
************** and his friend came to pick up the travel trailer on July 7th. His friend was taking pictures and videos.
On Monday, July 10, ************** came by himself to return the travel trailer. Together we inspected the trailer and we found that the sofa has scratches( not previously there nor reported). We present pictures from Friday where he could see that the sofa was without scratches. He took a picture of the damaged sofa and signed the check-in/out form where we noted the damages.
After a week we received a phone call from ************** to call us liars, that we use Photoshop, that he will destroy our business and go to the State attorney, etc.
He also mentioned that he have pictures from Friday (the pickup day) as proof that the sofa was already damaged. We ask him to send us the picture and if we are wrong we will be more than happy to refund the kept security deposit.  Unfortunately,  he sent a screenshot without the date and time, we ask him to send a picture with the date and time when the picture was taken but he refused and continue to threaten us. We also kept a text conversation, we have signed forms, more pictures if need it.
