    Beware - DO NOT rent from R&R Rv Rental. Poor maintenance and cleanliness, poor communication, and poor customer service.1. Poor maintenance and cleanliness - a. When we hooked up RV trailer to our water source at the camp site, the toilet fill valve was broken and caused a large amount of water on the floor - luckily within min was able to see and turned off the water to the camper. The owner called a repair man the next day but was not able to fix the problem and the toilet did not work correctly the entire trip. b. Sink for the bathroom was clogged and black sludge came out of the shower and tub faucet c. Kitchen sink aerator was clogged and sprayed water all over d. Spare tire was flat - we noticed before leaving lot (gave random tire and put it in storage area - not sure if really appropriate spare) e. Sway bar did not have all the parts (hitch pins) - she mentioned no one uses these -however we told her didn't matter we will be using and we also were charged for it, She did reimburse us for the hitch pins we did buy. f. Ants infested in the camper (caused us to purchase ant traps, throw away most of the food, and leave a day early - none of this was compensated)2. Poor communication - constant text messages changing times because these RVs are in a storage lot behind companies and she doesn't have an office on location, Therefore she wants to always be there when convenient to her.3. Poor customer service - $ 95 charge for covid cleaning (which was not able to provide documentation that it was done), $45 charge for iPass (which we rented a tow behind trailer and we have our own iPass - when I challenged her on this she ignored me and would not credit), and was very confrontational. We did get minimal credit for the inconvenience, however with all the fees, headaches, and loss for leaving early - It definitely did NOT cover it.

    The trailer was checked before customer pick up without any issue found. after customer contacted us on Friday early evening we immediately contact repair facility which came on Saturday morning to the campground to fix it. we received a phone call from repair company that all issues expect the toilet broken valve were solve. the customer could still use the toilet with manual flashing. The spare tire was in the compartment and was appropriate. regarding ants issue- when customer pick up trailer with out any sign of ants inside and on the picture they send us were visible pathway of ants coming from outside thru the window. ***** told us that the ants eat her cookies from the table , but pictures that she send us were only from window to the sink area. We communicate with customer 24/7 if need it and we are truly sorry if ***** didn't think so. Also all charges are visible on rental before booking. Mrs. ***** agreed to all charges at time of booking, but when returning trailer she was very mean, didn't want to leave parking lot than she called police to ask them to help her because she want to know how much money she get back from us and she was saying that she is afraid ( as she told the police officer)that we damaged the trailer and hold her responsible for it when she leave.. she did not understand that we have pictures from time of pick up and time of drop off.
