    I ordered a meal for delivery. I work right across the street. I order delivery because I only get 30 minutes for lunch and I don't want to spend the time waiting for my order to be made. I work in the office watching until my order is delivered then I take lunch. NOT TODAY! I waited an hour before I finally called to see where the order was. The person who answered the phone said that my order had been cancelled because I was not at the address. I said that can't be true because I am sitting here looking at your store and have been here the whole time. I asked to speak to a manager. After expressing my displeasure about the service the manger told me they don't need me as a customer and they have plenty of other customers, then hung up on me.

    Date of transaction 4/11/2023 Order #:***************** Placed an order online. Order changed from submitted to received in a couple of minutes. 2 hours later, it has not changed and I haven’t received this item. I tried calling, rings and no one ever picks up. Tried to cancel, faqs page says to call them to cancel. They aren’t picking up so I try calling Jimmy johns customer service number, after one brief minute, says there is no one available and to call back later. How am I suppose to get my money back if I can’t cancel because there is no one to help? Very frustrating and it feels like this system in place is set up to fail.

    I'm writing this email to you about a Jimmy John's store that gave me horrible service along with being rude and unprofessional I've had nothing but terrible service from them I have filed a claim with you before about them recently I purchased sandwiches from them and told them I didn't want certain items on my sandwich when I got home? I ate it thinking it was right it turns out it wasn't I was sick all night I contacted the manager by the name of *** **** if that's even a real name and he immediately took his worker's side without hearing my side of it and banned me from all locations I'm not looking for a handout I just want this matter resolved I've had previous problems with this location and they don't seem to care they are located at 14th Street West in Bradenton FL I hope u can help I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Thank you

    App told me my estimated delivery time was 20min. After 60min called the store, and I was hung up on twice. When I finally reached a manager after calling a third time, I was hung up on again. I drove to the store, asked for the manager, and was told my order was voided. He then proceeded to call me a “dumb***” twice and went back to washing dishes.

    We ordered several wraps and sandwiches for lunch on 6-13-22 around 11:30PM for a 12:30PM delivery. They delivery didn't arrive until nearly 1PM. We only have a 30 minute lunch break, we weren't even able to eat them, we don't have a refrigerator at work so they went bad. I just want a refund. I contacted the store several times, they said they would send out some coupons, plural, they only sent 1 and there were 3 people that ordered. I don't want to deal with this anymore, I just want a refund of $44.79

    The business fraudulently stole over 50 dollars, with TWO transactions from my account on 4/11/22. I have since contacted the store, corporate and my card. The charges are “pending” but still unavailable to myself. There was no apology or explanation. I was Blown off with the manager telling me this happens often and everyone complains. Like that was to make me feel better for being stolen from. The. Corporate tells me the funds will “fall off”. In my experience if this ever happens it happens before 4 business days as this has been. They have done nothing to rectify the situation it return my money.

    I was in the *** ******** **** Columbia location on Feb 5. There was an ad campaign for buy one get one half off and I asked for that offer. I was explained that it is online only. I looked at the tv commercial again and it was extremely vague and not clear that you cannot get offer in store as they 2 characters in the commercial are standing in the store talking about the offer. See commercial ******************************v=UBJ3uHrFPqU I wrote Jimmy John's customer service and explained to them the situation and felt like they had false and deceptive advertising and wanted someone to call me. I never heard back from anyone. I have reached out multiple times to corporate Jimmy John's and no one will call me. I did speak to a ********* who said she was the manager but she rudely dismissed me and hung up on me. I would like a call back from a corporate contact and be reimbursed for the offer that was advertised.
