    I’m really busting my behind for a car that’s not worth what it was sold to me for but unfortunately I had to get a car to get a job and get on my feet I already paid this car off by 8k the car was listed for 15 but with interest they told me the total was Around 19k how I still owe 15k is beyond me ?? I really hope this company is brought down. Then the person who sold me the car no longer works at the company the lady after the car was sold to me it was like a we got you kind of thing 290 times 2 every two weeks they even changed my payment dates on there own for some odd reason !!!! Because I payed on time since I got the car maybe they knew I wouldn’t let no debt come my way without getting it paid off and I wasn’t even told that the deposit doesn’t go towards the car the add they share is complete bs

    I have paid my car note on time for the past 20 months. My principle portion was going up and the interest amount was going down. I pay 1 day late. There is no late fee but my principle portion went DOWN $7.56 and my interest went UP $7.56. They say the system comes up with that amount and they have nothing to do with it. Make it make sense.

    I think they got one of the worst service ever I ever deal with' they had no warranty only for 30 days' then you would have to make an appointment and that took two to three weeks by that time the warranty is no good if you took it off the lot you had no warranty now they have a warranty but they changed their name so you guys wouldn't get to them I guess now it's called ******** Plus warranty it's the same car dealer don't let them fool you

    I recently had a conversation with them because my payment was late by 2 weeks. They called and harassed me and my husband. I explained that the full payment was going to be completed at the end of the month (I am only two weeks behind) and they informed me that this was not good enough and that if I didn't have the payment today they would repo. This organization is not professional and very shady. I bought a used car from them because they were convenient and I needed a car right away. The car broke down exactly 30 days after I bought it and even though I have made all my payments they harrassed and didn't listen to reason. Please if you need a car and have bad credit, work with a legit dealer. You may think they are helping the community and instead, they are stealing, harassing, and ruining us more financially.

    I called today because I checked my credit report noticed that my last few payment were not reported I called to speak with my account manager he proceeded to tell me I need to pull my credit report and send them proof I asked canypu just check in your system he got rude so I did too I asked for a supervisor and said that's all he can do and to hqve a nice day and hung up I called back he explained the same thing I told him I wanted to speak with a supervisor again I asked him the complaint process or to speak with ****** my old account manager he said no he's a cashier I'm your new account manager have a nice day and hung up again I called 15 times mind you my cards on file my payments are on auto and got no answer then on the 16th someone named ****** answered I wanted my card off file and auto pay turned off and to complain on ******** for being rude and continuing to hang up on me and deny me the complaint process ****** listened and claimed to have gave my message to a manager who would get back to me which they always say and nobody gets back to me this is a terrible and unprofessional finance company I do not recommend I can't wait to pay this car off and to think I wanted to talk to someone about upgrading my car today besides them not reporting my early and on time payments everybody here is mean rude and only want your money there is never a grievance or complaint process available to solve these issues and apparently no higher *** or supervisors ever available

    They are very rude to they Customers they will they your car off if you are 7 days late even you offer pay your car note the next day. They have no regard of what they say to you even if you tell them a love one died and you need a few days they will get nasty and start asking for death records of your dead love one. They need to be reported and investigated its a Hispanic ran company they come off very nasty towards black people.
