Takes money out of my account to play just fine for year and half. Win 100 and don't recognize same account so now filed a paper check request and over a week later they received a request and will notify me. 100 win is not worth this ridiculous process. Still no reply and no check.

I played a ticket that I picked the numbers and picked the Megaplier number. I bought the ticket and it came up as Megaplier - NO. I asked the people working the machine and they didnt know how to explain it. My husband took our picked ticket number to another facility and it must have done the same thing. I have two MegaMillion tickets from 8/1/2023 and on my ticket I have one of the winning numbers, #8 and I had picked the winning Megaplier #**. That happened twice. I am now out $40 because the machine misread and gave me a ticket (twice) that should have been a winner but because it says - Megaplier - NO, I dont win anything. Very disappointed and not sure if there is anything that can be done for that. If I would have had all 5 numbers and the correct Megaplier number, but the machine didnt give me the ticket correctly, I would be extremely upset.

Illinois lottery and any state using a computer to draw numbers are all rigged to make you lose. The computer picks the numbers (pick 3, pick 4, lucky day and lotto) that will have them paying out the least amount of money. I have been playing the same number for every single drawing on the pick 4 for almost 3 yewrs now. Not once has my number come in boxed, let alone straight, in all 3 years. It has ONLY landed ONCE with the fireball, which we all know doesn't pay what it should. Fireball wins should 50% of a non-fireball win, when it's actually more like 35%-40% of a non-fireball win. So the deck is already stacked against you. Your winnings are cut short with fireball wins, your number NEVER shows up unless the lottery deems your number as the least amount of winning to **** out and they give you the same BS about odds in their "contact us" section, no matter what you tell them. They quote winners they've posted as proof of winners and not bogus actors claiming they won (like in Publisher's Clearing House), but we know it's all a bunch of c*** So, basically save your money and don't give them any more of your hard earned money. It's a total sham and they're laughing all the way to the bank with your cash.

The Fast play online at Illinoislottery.com is rigged. I have screenshots with the evidence. Scam/ Theft? I'm sure they will claim a glitch. I request an audit. How many times has this happened!?
