We had a highly disappointing experience with Lindholm in August 2024, when we hired them to replace our roof. Their lack of responsiveness and disregard for customer concerns were glaring. We strongly advise others to avoid this contractor.Their professionalism was questionable from the start. It took them five days to confirm our down payment, which was made via ***** and should have been processed instantly. It seemed like they werent even trying.Despite being clear about our scheduling restrictionsoutlined in bold red on the contract and reiterated verbally, via text, and emailthey scheduled the roof replacement at a time we explicitly said we were unavailable. Missing all four communications was a major red flag, and we should have parted ways then.When the work began, things went downhill. They damaged our property during installation. I immediately provided a detailed description with photos, but they failed to acknowledge or address the issue.The clean-up was equally sloppy. Window ***** were left covered in debris, and nails were scattered across our yard and our neighbors'. We had to spend significant time clearing their mess. Despite raising these concerns in writing, they ignored us.Either they dont care about their customers, or this negligence is so routine that theyre indifferent to complaints. Their failure to address serious issues was baffling.The project also included gutters, which were installed incorrectly, contrary to specifications. We withheld $3,000 until the work was completed per the contract. They demanded payment without finishing the job!In summary, Lindholm Roofing demonstrated a lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer care. If you value integrity and quality, look elsewhere. Their eventual apology, after weeks of ignoring out concerns, was so insincere that only added insult to the injury.
