    I seen my state refund was processed and released so I contacted the comptroller of MD they informed me that my refund was deposited into an account not matching my acct numbers, i notified taxnet and begged for someone to call me to fix this still no call from them and i paid them over ********************************************************************************************************************* their the only ones that can fix this by filing a claim with the bank to retrieve my money but noone from this business will reach out to me and help me my federal went into my account fine but my state had completely different account numbers going into a bank in illinois where they are located in kind of has me wondering did someone from their office purposely still my money because why was it deposited into an illinois account where they are located I even sent them the proof from the comtroller stating it was sent into the wrong acct because they put the wrong numbers on the paper and they still will not call me or fix this

    taxnet financial filed my taxes for me. my state return was deposited march 9 to a bank account that is not mine. I have called and emailed taxnet several times asking where my state return went and have gotten no answer on the matter

    It's been longer than 21 days and have heard nothing about my refund I can't get anyone to pick up at taxnet I've never had this problem of not knowing I need info now starting to feel like this is a scam !!!

    I signed up for a *** through TaxNet Financial. I got the message they were working with a lender to get me the loan but they could not file my tax return without the **2s. By the time I sent my **2 in they had already filed my return and it has now been put on hold with the **** I'm assuming they did an amendment to it but I never received the *** and now it looks like I won't see my return any time soon, if at all. They've not been very forthcoming with information and presented themselves rudely with the information I did get. I had to contact them to get a copy of the return because they never sent it to me. They are not very professional and their ways seem like a scam.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
    Although, I'd still like to know why they said they couldn't file with just pay stubs and then did it anyways.
