    The customer received an item that may have been damaged during use.
    We decided to issue a refund despite being unable to confirm that the product was defective. Additionally, we offered to cover the installation ****** expense unrelated to the original transactionif the customer agreed to accept our revision request.
    However, the customer refused the offer and began using offensive language, calling us "idiots" and making a statement like, "I **** ***** will deport all of you."
    Such remarks come across as highly inappropriate and discriminatory, especially considering the individual's name, *** ***.

    I ordered 2 sets of used tires for my SUV from UnitedTires. The advertisement neither the order mentioned that one tire had a patch - this was not disclosed in any way. The tire was delivered with the patch badly installed- not fully sealed and without a plug, no car service would install that tire (the 3rd service explained me this tire is a liability).The unitedtires costumer support tells me they offer lifetime warranty and they can repair it but they have local shops only in *******. Or I pay for shipping back to their facility which is double the price of the tire. She also said that their website publish everywhere that the tires "may have" minor fixes and I buy the merchandise at my own risk - that sounds like a gambling store not a retailer. I would never buy the tires if they would mention it has a patch.

    I ordered 2 sets of used tires advertised as being in great condition from United Tires on 11/19/24. I was promised quality used tires that were rigorously inspected. When the tires arrived, I tried to get them professionally installed at our tire shop. The shop showed us a number of major concerns with the tires and stated they could not install the tires due to the age with tires being 6 and almost 7 years old, showing visible signs of dry rot on interior wall. Their own website even stresses the fact that tires are unsafe after 5-6 years, but as shown continue to ship out tires beyond this date. In addition to the age, it was shown to have cuts in the tread wall and rips in the sidewall, which company specifically promised to not send out ever. Even the tread on tires is lower than what was promised. After identifying these issues and requesting a return, the owner repeatedly told me how the dry rotted and aged tires were good to go and continued to only offer a partial refund to keep the tires or pay $30/tire if I want to return. I will not be putting my wife's life at risk so this company can ***** their responsibility and advertised guarantee. To continue stating that these tires are great and have been rigorously inspected is so incredibly insulting, words cannot convey how dishonest this company conducts their business.

    I ordered a used tire from this company and it was advertised as great condition with a lot of tread left. When I received the tire, I noticed that it is weathered and dry rotting which is unacceptable to put on a car. So I messaged the company for a full refund and ***** ******* offered me $20.The tire I received is dry rotted and unusable and I explained to ***** that I have an eight month old daughter. I drive every day and I will not be putting a dry rotted tire on my vehicle. He expressed to me the last email you can see that the tire is a little dry rotted, but still usable. If I were to put this on my car, I would not only put my life at risk but my daughters as well.

    I purchased Set of (4) Used 215/55R18 Bridgestone Turanza EL440 Tires 1 has a huge chunk missing from the sidewall making it unsafe and unusable, since my vehicle is all-wheel drive all 4 tires must have even tread wear. After repeated emails to the Seller through **** the only option I was offered was a 50% Refund on that 1 tire, not a full refund of the $203.96 I paid, nor is the seller willing to pay the shipping costs for me to return them. I made it clear in all my communications I have Already purchased new tires.

    I purchased 2 tires on 9/19/24. Both tires that arrived have been patched. Upon taking them to Discount Tire to have 1 installed I was told they will not install them due to safety issues with the patches. I now have to pay $60 to return the tires to get my $100 back for 2 tires I can't even use.

    Purchased 2 new Continental tires from United Tire on March 4, 2024. The attached photo shows that the tire basically split down the middle showing the steel belt, an obvious manufacturer defect. Upon contacting United Tire and even speaking to ****, the supposed owner, about the situation, I was given an uncaring attitude and response stating I'm out of warranty. I stated I only purchased the tires a few months ago and was told the 12 month "hassle-free" "no-worry" warranty only applies to UNMOUNTED, UNUSED tires. If you actually use the tires they will only warranty them for 48 HOURS! I finally asked for help to deal with Continental directly for a manufacturer warranty and was told that's not their problem. This is a shady business and practice, I would warn anybody to purchase elsewhere before ever dealing with United Tire. I have all photos receipts dates etc as proof.

However, as stated in our warranty policy, we do not offer a warranty for tires that have been driven for five months. The warranty only covers unmounted, unused tires for 12 months, and once the tires are mounted and driven, the warranty period is limited to 48 hours. We recommend contacting Continental directly for any manufacturer warranty claims. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and are happy to assist you further within the terms of our warranty policy.

    Purchased (2) pre-owned high tread depth tires from them via ***** One of the tires received developed a leak in a previously patched area less than a week later, which cannot be fixed! This seller has put me thru hell! Make a long story short, they do not have an acceptable replacement tire to send me and have offered an account credit only if I return the tire. Problem is, when I had their tires installed, my old tires were scrapped and I have nothing to put on the car in the meantime to return their junk tire so I can buy a replacement!

Sometimes they can step in and help resolve issues with sellers. Alternatively, maybe you could ask the seller to provide a temporary tire or cover the cost of a rental so you're not left without a functioning car. Its unacceptable for you to be in this situation after making a purchase in good faith.

    I am rejecting this response as it is totally absurd!   How can you reasonably expect **** to get involved in your company's advertised warranty on their web site?  Your company already advised me that you do not have the same brand/same model replacement tire to send me and if I want a refund,  I must return the defective tire in order to have it issued!  The tires I previously had might have been low on tread, but atleast they held air - but I do not have them any longer as they were recycled when your tires were installed!  Do you expect me to put my car up on blocks while I return your defective tire and wait for a refund in-order to go buy a replacement?  Shame on you and your worthless warranty!

    I am rejecting this response because it is totally unreasonable to expect any consumer that receives a defective tire from you to first return that tire before receiving either a refund or a replacement. Nowhere is this mentioned on **** under the terms of your advertised warranty - which I relied upon when I made the purchase. You previously advised that you have no acceptably-comparable replacement tire to send me, and you won't even issue a refund as you claim that I must return the defective tire first, which leaves me no usable tire to install and drive on in the meantime!  This smacks of fraudulent and misleading business practices at the very least.  Shame on you!  Future Buyers Beware - Especially Veterans!

    I purchased a pair of tires from United Tires. their warranty reads ;1 year warranty but only 48hours to report a problem. One of the tires that was "tested" and warranted had a pin size hole leak. It was loosing .5 to 1lb of air per day. at that rate it takes 5-10 days to register"low air" on the sensor. When I notices the tire was 7 lbs low it was about 10 days after installation. There was no new puncture or nail in the tire, only a bubbles out of a pin size hole from the defective tire. ******** refuses to stand by their warranty claiming I only had 48 hr from installation not 48 hrs from noticing the leak. It is impossible to see or feel a difference after 48hrs. totally misleading advertising. I want my money back or a replacement tire.

    I ordered RUN FLAT tires from United Tires and within 2 wks one of the tires had a ***** (bulging walls). This means the tire is defective and the walls are weak. I contacted the company who said they cannot replace the tire because I have to report the issue within 48hrs of installation! How? The issue wasn't there in those 48hrs. The walls has weakened as the 2 wks went by. And will continue to weaken and buldge. They refuse to acknowledge or to resolve this simple issue, so I would recommend for anyone to STAY AWAY FROM UNITED TIRES!!!!!
