    I had a horrible incident with my neighbors chimney falling on my roof on a rainy day. My roof was damaged and the rain was going into my house. ****************** referred me to Unlimited Fire to assist and help temporarily cover damaged roof and prevent water linking into the house. Unlimited Fire helped with insurance claim and repaired damages in a timely manner. I am completely grateful with all the staff at the office, they were so helpful. Thank you!!!!

    This is a very sloooow company. They are doing work on my mom house and she's almost 80 she's sharp and writes every thing down. They call so much looking for money but haven't did or completed the work. It's taking them too long to put up simple stuff like blinds or repair a gate. I wouldn't hire them.

    Dear ********,Thank you for your feedback, it allows us to resolve any problems that *** have occurred, and help to improve our company . We take customer satisfaction seriously and are glad to hear from you. First, I would like to address the frustration you and your mother have been experiencing lately with the timing of ************. In your mothers case we had two open claims for her with ******************** one for the garage and one for the window. We worked on rebuilding her entire garage, with the current exception of the gate, but other than that the claim for the garage has been closed and insurance has issued all necessary payments pertaining to the garage claim. Unfortunately, when the insurance is involved, this process can be tedious. From the time that we got the permit in late August to the completion of the garage in late September, it wasnt ideal to install the gate during that time but rest assure that we will get that done in a timely manner. We also now have the blind selection and size and will be installing them once they come in from the manufacturer. The reason for calling so much during October 2022 through March 2023, we ran into some issues with a claim representative with travelers for the garage claim that your mother is aware of regarding a missing payment and we probably called her more often to see if she received the payment or not because average mailing period is **** business days. Essentially, the insurance company usually gives you a portion of the total amount to start the repairs and then they provide you with the remaining amount that they are responsible for (minus the deductible because they are not responsible for paying that). Moreover, if there is a need to send the insurance any supplement estimate or supplement invoice for permit fees and such the insurance also issues out yet another payment for your mother and with having two claims that just means its double the amount of checks your mother would receive, and by default double the amount of calls we would make to your mother.     Stay away from this company, especially ****** and ******. First of all do not let ****** get your insurance check. Once they have that you are are screwed. I am an employee of a very well know insurance company and I told them that. I thought that would motivate them to do a good job and treat me fairly so that I could then recommend them to my clients. They took forever to do the work, did a bad job, didnt do all of the work. ****** said that they offer warranties on all of their work and a lot of the work they did started to fall apart a couple of weeks after we moved back in. They still have work to do and its been over a year since they finished and they no longer reply to my calls/texts. If anybody wants to talk to me about this feel free to reach out. Ive given them so many chances to do the right thing but have not heard back from them.

    Unlimited Fire Restoration's company policy, across all jobs both large and small, is to collect the deposit from the insured before the start of the repairs. Our referrals are from several accredited insurance carriers, including but not limited to several ****************** across the Chicagoland Area as well as Allstate, American Family, and ****************** all while maintaining an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. In regard to the delays of the repairs, Unlimited Fire Restoration was unable to commence with Kitchen due to the lack of a kitchen design from the designer that was in the employ of ******************************** scope of $83,194.18 was the total loss scope of work and we received payment of $80,829.18 and we did work in the amount of $93,557.43. Work that we completed unrelated to the insurance claim proceeds as follows:1.) Removed walls in the dining room and kitchen area.2.) Relocated all electrical that was in the walls and installed 20 can lights throughout the home 3.) relocated HVAC ductwork 4.) relocated new gas lines 5.) Insured had carpet throughout the home and we installed underlayment and laminate in its place.6.) Re-did 2 sets of stairways in oak treads versus carpets.7.) Replaced the tub upstairs unrelated to the claim.8.) Replaced all light fixtures unrelated to the claim in areas that were affected.9.) *********************** is looking to get 2 storm doors replaced that were not a part of the insurance claim and were never paid for.10.) The fireplace material was chosen by ***********************, and we don't warrant the material installed. **** would like us to install a new fireplace at no charge.We had a meeting at the property and agreed that we would send a reimbursement check for ****** back on July 23rd, 2021 Unlimited Fire restoration warranties the labor for 5 years, and it's the manufacture's guarantee for the materials selected by the insured.Unlimited Fire Restoration sent numerous employees to comply with our warranty items. We received texts and phone calls from **** and his wife using profane language towards us even after we sent out our teams to assist them. The items that ****************** is referring to are all items unrelated to the insurance claim.
