They advertise that you can cancel your subscription anytime. Once you buy they do not allow you to cancel until after your first additional purchase. That is not cancel anytime.Customer response

I originally ordered a product from this company.The problem did not work for **** have emailed this company several times asking them to counsel the subscription and they continue to send me the product.I have never fully used the product.Because I was unable to the product is supposed to shave your head and it never shaved my head. So I ended up throwing the product in the trash but they continue to send me replacement cartridges. And I have asked him to stop. I have tried to counsel this subscription and they keep charging my credit card ***** every month. I am sending this complaint because I need help with this company. I believe they are a scam company, a fraud company, and my emails are going unanswered. Please help me, thank you.Initial Complaint

I have requested the Groomie Club to cancel any and all contracts I have twice, yet they continue to take monthly money from my bank account. I ordered the BaldiePro sun dec 29th, 2024, paid for 2 day shipping and paid for insurance. The item was sent regular **** mail. I received notice that item works arrive Monday Jan 6th 2025. I contacted the company asking if they can send to my home address because now that they are not sending the item 2day, I will not receive where I am vacationing as on the 6th I will be back home. The item was supposed to arrive while Im on vacation in *******, ** at my vacation location. The company failed to provide 2 day shipping. After requesting the company to deliver item to my home address and of cannot be done, to please refund my money back to my account. The company has responded, stating after I receive the item I can return. I explained, how can I return what I will not receive. I went on their site attempting to see how I can cancel my order. I received from them their response to another customer who apparently was having trouble with their device they received. I havent gotten a resolution on their negligence to abide by sending item 2 day delivery when they have charge me for 2 day delivery and product insurance But have sent regular **** mail. I paid money in good faith that they works have ethical business practices. I asked for item to be sent to my home address after they failed to abide by agreement to send 2 day delivery where Im vacationing.Customer response

I placed an order for several products in the beginning of November. After about three had passed, I had contacted the support line to inquire about my purchase. Ai was told that the item was not ready to be shipped and not date of expectation can be determined. At that point I told them through email to please cancel my order. Through several emails, the representative *** said my order would be cancelled since it had not been shipped. Four hours later they shipped my partial order. I contacted *** again and she explained that it should not have been shipped and apologized and said I would receive a full refund once I spend my money to send it back, but that I would receive a refund for the shipping cost, which I still have not received. She then told me that my other half of my order would be cancelled and I would be refunded. Well today they sent out the cancelled order to me, charged my card and now are expecting me to send it back and not get refunded for shipping.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction:November 23, 2024 I had a refill on blades charged and shipped and I never received them. The company urged me to contact the *** but gave me a 1 digit delivery number. And the *** website tell me to contact seller. Then seller says they cant see my order that it is the wrong email yet thats the exact email I use to sign in and did so and sent the screenshot. They are still unwilling to either send the missing blades or approve my refund and cancellation of the subscription.Initial Complaint

On December 5th 2024 I purchased a groomie club razor for my husband for Christmas. Soon after I purchased I was automatically enrolled in an auto draft razor club for ***** ever 6 weeks after I paid ***** for the razor. Within a few days I went back on the website on December 7th 2024 to cancel shipment and requested a refund. I waited until 12/18/ 2024 to reach out again via email and got the run around. There is no physical number to call and the links the company sends me to cancel subscription only allows me to add more products and change my payment. I want to cancel payment a receive a refund and be out of automatic subscriptions.Initial Complaint

Purchase the Groomie, with blade replacement program, $23.99 charged first replacement blade came in at the end of September, but was defective. Emailed support, and was told a replacement for that blade would be sent out. Never received the replacement blade for the defective one, then was charged again in November for another blade, its now December, and no blades at all. putting a dispute with my *********** too bad the unit worked pretty goodInitial Complaint

Have not received replacement blade that I was charged $23.99 for on 11/12/24. It is a subscription service that I have yet to receive any benefit from. When I email, I get a circular response to several different questions, leading me to believe it is an AI response. I have no shipping date (AI repeats that it was fulfilled on 11/12) and the link they give me is to a tracking number page (with a 1 as a pre-populated tracking number) which is invalid. So l currently have no ship date, no tracking number, and no product. And unable to speak to someone to explain and/or resolve the issue.Initial Complaint

Pleased an order on their website and an order was completed November 9th. The order was never shipped and the tracking on the website says it never shipped. Their only way to check the order is through email and it provides an automated canned response. The tracking information just states Pittney ***** 1. That doesnt prove any delivery or shipment. I would like my product that I paid for and have already been taken out from the bank.Customer response
