They are criminals . They take advantage of people and I think if they do it to veterans, I can only imagine what they do to regular citizens. Shipped me a car that the tires were below 10 psi the hatch did not work then they informed they would fix it! It was only after threatening him with the lawyer that I got my license plates and registration! Then took over a year and a half to get my title and it was only after I complain to the general attorney that I got it after going to the *** and finding out the previous owner had passed, and the title was in a trust! They're just shady, and they keep getting away with it! Do not buy from them!

Good People Bought a 2012 *** X5 and they made the process very easy for me. they sent me pics when i requested additional pictures. The price was reasonable and the delivery process was quick. since then i have recommended a couple of people who have bought... thanks for all the help

Excalibur Auto Sales Finance Employee **** was extremely difficult, rude and couldn't do his job unfortunately. Our sales man was extremely nice and answered all questions asked. Once we went into the finance room to continue to the next step. **** told us to look at the computer screen and sign where the yellow areas are. **** did not go over down payments, monthly payments, APR charges, warranty coverage (GAP) until I started asking questions. **** only wanted to talk about his wife and kids and how it was late putting his kids to bed and how his wife engine blew and now he has to replace her engine. I said to **** this is not what we are here for and you have not gone over any of the subjects. As I was reading the contact on the computer I noticed **** added money to hike up the original sales price and finance charges to make his bottom line (his words not mine). **** was extremely disrespectful and horrible at his job even though we were his only customers. **** also prejudge us and thought we were just looking for a quick buy not a quality buy. I would never in my life deal with this company again. Dealing with **** for various days lying saying he was the owner/boss as we later found out he was not was extremely foul. **** should never have to deal with the public as his customer service skills were out of touch. **** wanted to go home instead of taking time to answer our questions, update the contract from extra being added on for his bottom line. Anyone in finance should know the steps to walk customer through as they are finalizing the purchase so all documents are understood. I do not wish this experience on anyone.
