BBB investigations have found that the contract being used by Wildwood Plaza Resorts is word for word the same contract that was used by Chapel Ridge Resorts just one year ago. BBB files indicated that Chapel Ridge Resorts contacted consumers telling them that they had a buyer for their timeshare but needed money to close the deal. Many consumers lost several hundreds of dollar before Chapel Ridge Resorts, also using a fictitious address, disconnected all communication with the consumer.
Wildwood Plaza Resorts is contacting consumers, using a fictitious address, telling consumers they have a buyer for their timeshare. All contracts indicate the buyer's name as Samantha Mitchell. Wildwood Plaza Resorts asks for approx $160 to close the deal.
UPDATE 3/31/16 Consumers are reporting that they are unable to reach the company after having paid the fee.
