I was seeking out to finance a car from buy right auto sales, and he entered false information in my behalf and entered information on an application with false information that I didnt not consent or approve. Below I will enter the screenshots from our messages.

********************************* was referred to us by a friend of hers.  She filled out an online Credit Application which was worked by one of our salesmen.  The Documentation that ************************ has attached has been altered and does not reveal the truth about how this interaction happened.  There was never any information falsified by Buy Right Auto Sales, Inc. or our team.  I have attached the entire conversation and material that ************************ had sent in and the entire text communication between her and our salesmen.  She is stating that our salesmen lied about her time of employment which is not true. He just misworded his text.  ************************ filled out the application online and stated she had been employed for 2 full months. Upon receiving her pay stubs, we submitted them to the bank and the bank stated that the gross amounts didnt match her timeline of employment and questioned the deal.  The salesmen then responded to ************************ via text to verify her time of employment she sent on the application, and he was then told that NO she had not been employed for the 2 months she stated on the credit application.  The salesmen should have stated that because SHE had LIED about her information that the bank will not approve the loan she was requesting.  The salesmen had misworded his statement. She altered the text to make it look like the salesmen lied about her employment time by leaving out all the important follow up questions that the salesman had asked her in their text conversation.  All Buy Right Auto Sales, Inc.did was forward all the information that was submitted by ************************ to the bank.  Because ************************ had not been employed for the time she submitted and lied about the bank declined to approve her loan.

************************ should not alter documents and submit them in the form of a complaint accusing a reputable business of falsifying documents.

The unauthorized making or alteration of a document with the intent to defraud carries severe penalties and long-lasting repercussions.

I am unable to fit all the information in this field so this is a summary and attached is the full write-up with more detail. On December 12th I purchased a **** **** Explorer from Buy Right Auto Sales for $5500. I was led to believe that the vehicle had been looked over and inspected and was told there were no known issues other than a tire pressure sensor issue. I bought it "as-is" with the understanding it had been looked over and there were no other known issues. I started having problems the day of buying it and for over the first month of buying it has mostly been in the shop, starting the day after I bought it. The following issues have been discovered since buying it that were pre-existing issues that were not disclosed and would have been had the vehicle been looked over as I was led to believe. The transmission needs rebuilt. The transfer case needs replaced. The lock on the door doesn't work with the key. The drainage tube for the moon roof leaks so the floor gets very wet when it rains. There may be more but it has mostly been in the shop since I bought it and so far there are thousands of dollars of repairs that are needed and all are issues that were obviously present before I bought the car. There was a limited warranty that came with it, that is not as good as I was led to believe during the sale, but I am told by the shop that it is too early to file a claim and I have to drive the vehicle more to be able to use it. Meaning I am expected to drive a vehicle that could fail at any minute just to get a partial warranty. I did call the dealer a few weeks after buying it and knew about a couple of the problems at that point and asked if I could return it, he said no and didn't seem to care. When I discovered other issues I called back to talk to a secretary and was told ***** would call me back but I never got a call.

Tell us why here...******************** originally emailed the dealership to inquire on a 2006 ***** Trailblazer with ******* miles. He came in to the dealership and drove the trailblazer.  He then saw a **** **** Explorer ***** ***** with ******* miles and decided to take that for a test drive.  He felt that the **** **** Explorer was a better vehicle than the trailblazer and wanted to show it to his wife. ******************** did question a tire pressure light that was on and also said he felt 2 of the tires were not in the best condition.  ***** explained to ******************** that it was an All-Wheel Drive Vehicle, and it would have to have all 4 tires replaced so the All-Wheel Drive system didnt get messed up. ******************** left and picked up his wife and had her come and test drive the vehicle and ultimately, they decided to purchase the **** **** Explorer.  They both made the decision to purchase the vehicle.  They agreed to pay the asking price if ***** agreed to pay to have the tire sensor replaced and have 4 new tires installed.  ***** agreed to pay for those items and ******************** and his wife purchased the Explorer.
When they purchased the Explorer and they were signing all the proper paperwork this included the warranty paperwork.  The warranty was gone over and explained in detail.  This was a FREE WARRANTY.  ******************** never paid for this.  This was given as a courtesy as with all our vehicles.  It was explained in detail what was covered.  This warranty was explained that it was a 6-month 6,000-mile warranty and only covered up to a certain dollar amount and certain items.  It was explained that with this vehicle being a **** and having so ******* miles this was the only warranty we could provide.    ***** wrote a check for the exact dollar amount of the cost for the tires, pressure sensor, and the labor for them to be in stalled and gave it to ******************** and his wife before they left with the Explorer.  They were given the name and number of ******** and explained to them that all they needed to do was schedule it in and use that check to pay for it.
******************** also stated that he called another transmission shop regarding a second opinion and they stated they would not accept the warranty. We have no control over what shops or repair facilities will accept what warranties.  They have their own policies.  Thats why we suggested ****************************************** as we knew they accepted the warranty.

The vehicle was purchased AS-IS and we will not be willing to REFUND

I am rejecting this response because:  Yes we agreed to buy it "as-is" however the dealer had led us to believe that the vehicle had been looked over by a mechanic and there were no known issues other than the tire pressure sensor.  The issues we have discovered since buying it should have been discovered if it has actually been looked over by a mechanic.  We would have never agreed to pay anywhere near the amount of money we paid had we known of these issues. To clarify the dealer did not pay for the tire pressure sensors as they are stating, I paid for those at the time the tires were replaced, the dealer only paid for the tires and installation of tires.  Regarding the warranty the dealer stated that it was good at any ASE certified mechanic (which is not the case) and we were not told that it would not be usable right away and that we had to drive it a certain amount before it would kick in.  Since initiating the complaint the Explorer has gone in "Engine Failsafe Mode" making it undrivable so the vehicle I bought a little over a month ago has gone from no known issues to not being usable at all and likely not worth fixing.

I am rejecting this response because:  A business should be held accountable for what they tell the customer prior to the signing of the documents.  We were told that the vehicle had been looked over by a mechanic and there were no known issues other than the tire pressure sensors.  We were also told that the warranty would be accepted at any ASE certified shop which is not the case and the warranty doesn't start right away because if you try to put a claim in to soon it is rejected as a pre-existing condition.  Being told these things played a large factor in us agreeing to purchase the vehicle.  Because of these things I cannot accept the response because nothing is being done to right the wrong that has occurred.  The two options I see are you can ignore this and not respond back or we would be willing to accept a check for $3000 as an acceptable response.  We would still be taking a financial hit on this purchase because it is not worth the remaining $2500 of the purchase.

I bought this car on a Wednesday night right before they closed and didn't offer me to take a test drive. Once i got in the car and drove it a few miles down the road i was hearing a clunky sound. Then once i was able to get to 70 mph the steering wheel starting shaking. Then i tried starting my car the next morning and it wouldn't start until several tries later. Then when driving to work the next day another noise came up when i was turning the wheel and had a flat tire after work. So i took it to a car repair place and they told me the repairs would cost over $3,000! Almost as much as I paid for the car. I tried calling them several times the next few days and got someone different each time I called and never spoke to the owner about taking care of the problem.
