******************************* came into Buy Right Auto Sales, Inc. on 03/30/2023 looking to purchase a vehicle.  She wanted to trade her truck, a 2006 GMC ****** **** HD, in towards the purchase of a **** Chevrolet Silverado **** Z71.  She dealt with our sales consultant ******.  They took the vehicle for a test drive and ****** made sure to answer all Ms. ******* questions and concerns.  ****** processed his portion of the sales paperwork showing the customers name, address, and vehicle desired and gave it to our General Sales Manager to process the paperwork.  We had all the paperwork processed and ready for **************** to sign and she stated that she did not want to title the vehicle in ******* and that she needed to change the address to a different address so she could title the vehicle in ******** instead.  She made a call to her daughter to get the address as **************** does not live in ********, she lives in *******.  We had to shred the prior paperwork processed and start the process over with the new address that she gave **. **************** was asked to verify that the address was correct, and she stated yes and signed all the paperwork for the deal.  We sent the title via certified mail to the address we were given.

We have done everything we can to try to rectify this situation, but **************** insists on continuing to call and be disrespectful by raising her voice and using foul language.  **************** stopped at the dealership and has interfered with other clients making purchases causing disruptions to our business.  Ms. ******* boyfriend ************************* has also stopped into the dealership to speak to the owner and interrupted a customer telling them that they would not receive their title work from Buy Right Auto Sales, Inc. causing that client to be concerned.  Then demanded that we give him a 15-day temporary plate. We expressed to him that we were unable to do that.

Certified Tracking # **** **** **** **** **** with the ****.  ****************** called ** in May to tell ** she had not gotten her title.  Our title clerk tracked the number and discovered that the mail was not deliverable as addressed.  We addressed this with ****************, and she stated that it was correct again and that she never received any notice of the mail being delivered or returned.

Our title clerk opened a case with the **** because the tracking stated that the package was being returned due to non-delivery of the item due to address being incorrect.  We have not received the package back from **** to date.  We do have an active case as to where the item is and to get this corrected.

The Owner and son also sold me a car. A 2014 **** Escape. Low miles, thought it was a good car well it better be for ****k well I thought. Literally the very next day after I bought the thing on may 20th, the check engine light comes on. It read 4th cylinder misfire so I got the 4th spark plug fixed. The check engine light went away after my cousins cleared it. A couple days go by and the engine fault service now light came on.(which made the car drive very weirddd) I also noticed white smoke pour out of the exhausts after not being on for a while. 2 weeks roll by and I went to get it diagnosed and they told me it was the headgasket. I had it scheduled to fix June 20th! Very next day June 8th my car wouldnt start. So I got it towed to a place where they recommended me going and thats where my cars at this very second lol. But they said its the engine block and the headgasket! (Which warranty doesnt cover engine block) Its been in the shop now for almost 2 months. They gave me a $748 check to get a rental, oh but just for that week lol. I also wasnt even able to get the rental car because I was underage and they didnt care lol. I am beyond frustrated at this company, I sold my old car (had fixable issues and was up front about them when I sold it loll) as a down payment on this one. Im mad at myself everyday for selling that car! They claim they didnt know, then why did the check engine light come on the very next day? Then why is the owner getting an attorney? Then why didnt the owner speak to me when I went to the company in person and asked for him? I am such in a pickle rn its awful! Do not trust this company!

**************** purchased a 2014 **** Escape Titanium AWD on May 20, 2022, with only ****** miles & a 4-year 60k mile warranty. **************** drove the vehicle and decided that was the vehicle she wanted to purchase. **************** drove the vehicle for ***** miles and said the vehicle started to have white smoke coming from the exhaust, so we suggested she have it towed to a repair shop to be inspected. **************** did not have any other vehicle to drive so we approved to give her the $748.00 to get a rental for time that was estimated that it would take to fix the vehicle. We did not know that she was not old enough to get a rental. She did use the funds to get a rental just under her grandmothers name. The vehicle was inspected, and it was determined that it had a blown head gasket and possible that the engine block *** have cracked but they would not be certain until they tore it down and inspected further. The repair estimate was sent into the warranty company to see if the items were covered. It was determined that there was a class action lawsuit against **** for a known issue with the engine blocks cracking. Because of this Class action lawsuit if the vehicle did end up having a cracked block the warranty company could not approve the repair. Nobody knew of this lawsuit before any of this had happened. **************** and her mother called into the dealership upset stating that we knew about this issue. They brought up that they were getting an attorney involved therefore we stopped all communication with **************** and stated that they could have their attorney contact ours. Then the father called in and was very rude to the owner and it was explained to him that unfortunately we could not speak with him because he was not the one who purchased the car and was not on the contract. Then **************** called in again and began cursing the owner out. We did not have any idea or indication that there was anything wrong with the vehicle. The vehicle drove fine when **************** test drove the vehicle and must have been driving fine for a good amount of time considering she drove ***** miles before the vehicle was taken to be inspected. The service shop explained to her that there would be no way anyone knew of this kind of issue unless the engine block was already cracked. They explained to her that if this vehicle were having issues, she would have known it before purchasing it. At that time **************** decided to not have the service shop continue with repairs until she researched the lawsuit issue. So, the service shop stopped all work until further notice from ****************. Finally, almost 2 months later **************** finally approved the service shop to continue that is why it took so long. They were waiting on here to approve repairs. Once approval was given the service shop was able to tear down the engine to inspect it further and to submit everything to the warranty company. It was determined that it indeed was NOT a cracked block and just a blown head gasket which was in fact covered by the warranty company. It is never anyones intentions to have an upset customer with a vehicle with problems.

I didnt wait 2 months to call them back, it was a week. *** the reason I took that week is because I had to figure out how I was going to pay for it! So plz stop lying! *** Im actually getting the front block fixed as well as the headgasket because the mechanic said he didnt think it would last another 2 months. White smoke came out of the exhaust way before I put those miles on it, not even 2 weeks that I had it is when I noticed it! It drove bad for most of the time I had it. I put so many miles on it because I drive an hour to work n back! I only brought up an attorney because the owner told my dad I better lawyer up. The car has been to 7 different dealers the past 2 years before u guys owned it. *** it only gained a couple thousand miles. *** like I said before, the check engine light came on the very next day I bought it. Yall knew, and Im not the only person who bought a c*** car from you guys!! Also you guys gave me rental money for one week, so the rest has been totally out of pocket the past (almost) 2 months, so if u guys were a couple thousand in debt you would probably curse too. But I actually got the car back Friday august 12th after they fixed the head gasket and front block, but the airbag light on. Saturday (the 13th) the check engine light came on as well as the low coolant service required light and its still doing the same problems it had. $4500 worth of repairs didnt do darn sh*t. *** Sunday When I started my car white smoke literally poured out of the exhaust the whole time I had it on for, it sounded awful so I just turned it off and towed it back to The mechanic yall recommended. Its been in the shop for 2 months and 8 days and its still not fixed!!? You see why Im frustrated? You guys arent doing anything to help me either! Good customer service ****************** there, LOL. Spent over 19k for a car that doesnt even work, yall are literally evil! *** I hope karma comes back to you!

The Owner and his son sold my granddaughter her FIRST car and when they got it home and it sat in the driveway for a few days, the noticed an oil spot on the ground. She didn't even get to drive it yet because she didn't have her license yet. They took it to a mechanic and he said the car was c*** and they shouldn't have even been sold the car. So they called the dealer back and he said to bring it in and they would make it right. They only offered them HALF of what they paid for it and then on top of that they didn't have anything within their budget so they had to pay over $2k more to get a different car. It was that deal or NOTHING. So they traded for hopefully a better car. That has yet to be determined. The entire time they were doing the paperwork, the owner was bragging about how he just paid $500k cash for a house. Really??? Talk about adding salt to the wound. Infuriating! It's obvious by other reviews that this place is a deceptive place of business. Unfortunately that wasn't checked before doing business with them. These are the kind of people who give car dealers a bad name.Yelp Score - 2 out of 5 stars Yellow Pages - 1.5 out of 5 stars BBB - 2.3 out of 5 stars

You may have some mis-information. A salesman by the name of Matt sold the ****** to a gentleman that came in looking for a vehicle with a 3800 V6 Motor because he said they were very reliable and easy on gas and insurance. The gentleman came in twice and looked at that vehicle and purchased it on the 2nd time he was there. Matt is not the owners son. The owners son has never sold them a vehicle. The owner received a call about a month after the purchase was made regarding an oil leak in the driveway. They took it to a shop that they stated that they have never used before and that shop gave them a very high estimate and told them it was not a good vehicle for their daughter. The gentleman wanted to speak to the owner of the dealership and see if they could trade the vehicle back in towards another vehicle. He understood that he was not going to get the same value of the vehicle as when he purchased it and he was ok with it. They made an appointment on a Saturday with the owner. The owner recommended a very clean and very well taken care of ****** ******. The owner asked the customers to have the vehicle inspected before purchasing so they didnt have another issue like before. They declined to have the vehicle inspected and took their time looking it over and driving it and loved it. They did not have the title to the trade yet and hadnt filed for it so they decided to think about their decision for the weekend. They came back on Monday and they decided to purchase the ******. The ****** was originally priced at $6995. Then it was lowered to $5500 for them to purchase. And they were given fair market value on the trade, and they paid the difference and left happy customers. 10 days later he brought the title to the trade in and stated he and his daughter loved the ****** ******. He was unaware of your negative review and wasnt happy. As for the conversation regarding a home, you are completely unaware of that conversation. It was discussed that the owner and his wife were looking to move to ******. Their was more to that conversation that you have wrong information about. Maybe you should know facts before leaving a negative review. Not secondhand information or your opinion on a situation you were not their for.
