We had a complete patio job FINISHED this past October. We hired them at the Home/Pation show in 2021. We were more than pleased as we worked with Quest Concrete on the 30 X 30 stamped concrete patio and a 16 X 12 pergola constructed by Quest Exteriors. There were some delays due to supply chain, having enough employees to do the work and our summer vacation schedule but they were more than helpful to rearrange schedules for our convenience. We are very happy with the outcome of our project and were very pleased with the employees, project managers and those that worked at our home. I think there is an overreaction - as people cannot be patient enough when dealing with circumstances beyond their control. I wouldn't drive them into the ground until there is a lack of communication with their customers without resolve.Review from Johanne B

I hired this company on July 18, 2022 and signed a contract with ************************* to have a driveway installed. We put down payment down for $3,755.44. I received an email from *************************** on July ********************************************** contact within 1-2 weeks. I finally receive another email on Aug 9th stating that my project manager *********************** would be out on September 23rd to put eyes on my project and make sure everything is good to go. ****************** came to my house on September 23rd and looked around the proposed driveway space. He also informed us that there was a delay in getting a permit for the work to be done and lack of concrete, and supplies. I called ******************* several times to get an update on my project and had to leave a voicemail. I never received a callback ever. It is now January and I am still unable to get a hold of anyone from this company. I email and I get an automatic reply to call the office. No one picks up the phone and their mailbox is full. At this point I just want to be refunded my deposit but it looks like I will have to obtain an attorney to do so.Review from April L

I also signed a contract in August, left a huge deposit & have NOT heard back. I have sent registered letters to company and the President demanding my deposit back. Still have NOT heard back. I give this company a big fat zero for service and the agencies that recommended them!Review from Barbara G

I would actually give 0 stars but I didn't know if it would register.I had a very negative experience with Quest Exteriors. I contracted them for cement work, sidewalk replaced in the front, a deck replaced in the back and a sidewalk, small patio added in the back. I signed my contract the end of May and started calling in July when I hadn't heard from them. In late September when I started asking for my money back they finally came out. The cement crew did a great job with the cement but they never cleaned up and did not grate around the sidewalk as the contract stated. When I called the project manager he said they told him it was done, never came out to check on the work. This was finally resolved and the deck construction began. The first call I get from them is they forgot to charge me for any stairs to the deck. I couldn't believe after all the trouble with the cement and the many calls I made they were going to call and tell me they planned a deck without stairs and now I needed to pay more.I have never worked with a company with such poor communication and lack of professionalism as this company. I would definitely not recommend them and will never work with them again.Review from Tony H

I am in a similar boat as others. I signed a contract in September and paid my deposit with what I thought was a reputable company. Once they received my down payment, it has been complete silence. I have twice been successful in talking to an office worker only to be told that the President of the company would reach out. Nothing cant reach my salesman. I hope they have not scammed me out of my $6k down payment. Regardless, the level of basic customer service has been far less than desired. If they do actually contact me, I will be certain to update this review. In the meantime, my advice is buyer beware.Review from Daniel C

I don't have a project to be satisfied with. I signed the contract on August 5th and paid 50%. Start date came and went. I eventually got through the my project manager and he said there was a material shortage and he would get back to me with a new timeline. Weeks went by with no communication. I left multiple messages for the owner to call me, no response. Finally got through to my project manager and discovered he was laid off. Can't get a call back and they have my deposit.
