Initially all was good until there was an oversight on there part and after being blamed for the problem they made good on it. However, there customer relations is absolutely $xxt expect to have them hang the phone up in your ear and act totally unprofessional , very poor communication on policies. On- line buying an auto with this company is not wise. No guanentees, no warranty, sales are in as is condition are not noted until after contract signing. Down payment is redesignated as a non-refundable deposit in event of cancellation. My experience on- line resulted in a cancellation of contract without ever seeing or taking possession of vehicle. They in-turn kept my down payment. At 77 years old I may be more susceptible to deception and scams but this became obvious.Review from Todd C

Im not being a jerk here , but this whole thing bugs me . I go into the fishers location yesterday the ** is a complete jerk to me and ignores me drives my truck without my permission then low ***** me . But not after the salesman tells me he under pressure due to low car sales by the owner . I contact another location Unlimited had Then the sales person tells me yesterday the same thing without even knowing anything or seeing my truck . Then the sale person brags how you he someone else the better deal then the other location so I will take care of you as well. the sales person calls me this morning again without seeing anything meaning my truck or me and low ***** me again . Very poor customer service. the sales team and the ** just showed me who you really care about and its not selling cars and trucks . Its your pocket . With that said I will be contacting the owner . And will find another dealership. Thank you for wasting my time .Review from Brian D

I purchased a Boxster from this dealership about 30 days ago. I drop 9 hours to arrive at the dealership. They were very professional. They allowed me to have the vehicle inspected by a 3rd party prior to the purchase. The process was as painless as purchasing a car can be. I would shop here again.
