    I ordered a enclosure 5x2x2 with package protection from their online site it was supposed to have been delivered June 20th Thursday at 2:22 I returned home from work a little after 3:30 and it wasn't there I contacted them they told me to speak to my neighbors the post office and to wait till the next day to see if it arrives because sometimes they'll mark it as delivered but it won't be delivered till the next day I contacted them the next day Friday the 21st which took hours for them to respond so nothing got resolved on Friday I also contact them Saturday they told me that they had to file complaint with ***** which they did I talked to ***** they told me it was delivered it must have been stolen that I had to file through the company dubia roaches. I've tried to contact them since and they will not answer emails live chat or text they also unsubscribe me from their text services their packets protection is for lost stolen or damaged items which it definitely falls under lost or stolen.

    Business is conducting a bait. It switch I ordered 8 cups of large meal wormsand was sent something so small that my animals could not eat them without being fed by tongs. I contacted customer service who told me that their fine print states that you may not actually get what you ordered. And that the feeder would be significantly small smaller.. I am requesting a replacement and shipping for what the original order was or a full refund. And I think this should be looked into because apparently according to reviews and your own b b b ratings , this is something they do frequently.

    I ordered an enclosure from this company payed a lot of money for it and it arrived damaged top, bottom and side panels where broken. I messaged the multiple times before I could get an answer. They advised me they don’t do returns or reimbursements so they sent me out another top bottom and 1 side panel. All of it came in broken a second time. I reached out again and I they wanted to send me only one panel I asked them for a refund or send a new one out and now they’re ignoring me. You can’t call the company all you get is a busy tone. This company is a joke! Now I’m out $300 and my animal does not have a home. This company needs to be shut down taking people hard earned money and steeling it. Doing what ever they want and not taking any accountability for there actions. ??

    Every single component of this item was damaged with the exception of the doors. It was cracked, shipped, dented, or damaged in some way. I have 17 pictures to prove damage (it wouldn't allow me to upload them all here) I reached out to the company who offered to send me the bottom piece only because the other damages are "cosmetic" they won't replace those even though I paid for the extra protection package. They offered me a $15 credit as well. I would have never paid full price for a damaged item.

    I made a big purchase from Dubia. However, some of my bugs came in dead. I contacted dubia an told them post office had the bugs sitting at the post office for about 5 days. When I got my bugs the Dubia roaches were half dead. I contacted Dubia again and **** refuse to help me. I either want my money back or a replacement.

    I order a arcadia 100w mercury vapour d3 basking lamp from them. When it came in it didn't work. I had to go buy another one from ******** since mine went out for my dragon. I emailed them about this. They were no help really. I had to send a video of it not working. For some reason that wasn't uploading right. Then they ask me what kind of dome I am using I told them and then the next email I get back was oh we need a video of it. These lights are not cheap and for me to have to go by a another one they should just give me a refund and take back there light. But they just keep telling me sorry we don't do refunds. If you don't then you better then hell make sure you shit works then before sending it out. Sad I use to order all my supplies with them now I will have to find a new company. I am making a case with better business' against them also. I now I had to call my bank and let them know I did not get what was promise to me.

    On two occasions I ordered live bugs and I purchased the protection plan each time which is not optional that I am aware of. It was during the heat wave we had so I asked for them to be left at the post office and I would pick up. They were delivered and many died from sitting in the heat. I was going to file a complaint with the postal service and they said if I paid for insurance I needed to contact them the con plant I purchased from directly. Called and left messages and no one ever returned my call. I had a shipment this recently that was 8 days being delivered and several arrived dead. I got on the site and did a chat. Never reached a live person had to leave a chat message. my pint is there is no customer service and the insurance you pay for is useless because they have no customer service.

    I ordered 7 glass doors for a 4x2x2 enclosure. Unfortunately the doors do not fit my enclosures.I’ve tried calling and getting the 6 unopened items returned and and I’m getting the run around. No one is helping me try to resolve this issue.
