Purchased 4 new tires for our 2019 Ram 4x4 crew cab truck. Paid almost $900. They left wheel skins on while installing the tires and broke them. In the end, we sought bare minimum an apology which they refused to offer. So we are a customer who brought in a truck looking great and left with two ruined rim covers. They ordered replacements on Ebay but unless the numbers match exactly, they won't fit correctly and should not be installed. Ours are iwcimp/345x.We asked they balance those two tires again to assure they were balanced correctly since it would be difficult to balance right with broken rims. They said no to that. When we checked Ebay where they said they ordered replacement parts, Ebay did not offer that part number. Although we went through a formal request, they denied that request as well. Sadly, they lost our future business. When our daughter was killed in an auto accident on her way back to K-State, as life would have it, both my work car and husband's work truck quit working. We purchased two new vehicles from this dealership and made payments for 7 years for them and our daughter's funeral as well. Those vehicles ran for many years and we actually still have the truck with over 200,000 miles on it. They often serviced our vehicles as well. We took our 2019 Ram in thinking we'd receive the same good service. This was sure a disappointment. I'm sad that they didn't even reach out with a sincere apology. I apologized for our (my) part in thinking the rims were Chrome Clad although they had skins. But from the beginning, they told us they had ruined two of our rims and put on our receipt that they ordered two new rims. So that's where we got the information concerning the rims. Later they changed it to skins and not rims when we called. They are the expert, not us. Life is too short and material things don't mater beyond necessity. But plain old human decency goes a long way. I don't feel valued as a customer. We wish them the best. Life goes on.
