This company should be avoided at all costs. I admit the following is my problem but I am definitely taking action to recover fraudulent billing. Specifically, I have a letter dated 2/20/2020 thanking me for purchasing their septic protection plan for ONE low annual septic plan payment of $169. My credit card was billed on the same day for $169 which I am OK with. I unfortunately missed the $169 they charged me on 7/27/2020. Two payments of $169 were automatically made on 1/15/2012 and 7/3/2021. No withdrawals in 2022. Then I get a letter on 5/18/2023 again welcoming me with an annual payment of $169 on 5/18/2023 and a matching charge on my credit card. I unfortunately missed the charges they made of $169 on 7/26, 9/25 and 11/28 of 2023. I just discovered they also charged me $169 on 3/14, 5/4, 6/4, 7/26, 8/24, 9/19, 11/20 of 2024 and 1/11 and 1/21 of 2025. They also charged me $189 on 10/21 and 12/12 of 2024 and 1/9/2025. I only have one septic tank. Attempts to reach them have been in vain. I can accept the annual fee of $169 for 2020, 2021, 2023, 2024 but all other charges are FRAUDULAENT!! Stay away from this organization!!

I'm sorry to hear about the billing issues you've experienced. It sounds frustrating not being able to get in touch with the billing department directly. But it's good to know that they've acknowledged the error on their end and are taking steps to resolve the problem.

This company is impossible to deal with, they never answer the phone. They charged my card Two times in December. I have called for Two weeks, No one will answer the phone Day or Night. They have a F rating from the BBB. I want to cancel this but how can you do that if you can not talk to anyone!United Septic Protection Response

This company is a scam. They are supposed to deduct money yearly and they deduct multiple times a month. I’ve tried contacting the company several times and they never answer the phone. They say it’s outside their business hours even though I call during the week in the middle of the day. I want them to stop taking money and cancel this non existent service.Review from joyce v

I requested a septic ins because of my house being somewhat old, I received one through united septic protection, last year I had some repair on my septic, nothing horrible but one of the pipes collapsed and I had it repaired, I submitted a claim and this company has ignored the claim. there has been soo many emails back and fourth, they told me that I would received over $600 months went by, another call was sent and then they sent me an email letting me know that I would get $450. the one time I received any email letting me know that a check is going in the mail. but that was a lie, still going back and fourth, still nothing.I am paying $189 a month for years, I feel like this is a scam if I had my way, I would want all of the money I gave them I they want proof that I have paid I will show themReview from joyce v

Company is taking payments that are unauthorized. I agreed to pay $169. A year for protection and now they have taken payments from my account on 4/30/23, 9/12/23, 1/8/24, and 3/8/24.Total amount taken from my account totalled $696. When you call them, you get no response. I feel like I am being scammed and I want my money back.
