Lied to about the job to be done and even then Holly Ratliff did about 10% of the job. Most pathetic excuse for a business I have ever encountered. Then when I com0lained about it she went back and did nothing. Later on social media she complained that she had to replace the water in her mop bucket five times. SHE IS A CLEANING SERVICE! Everything was written out as far as what was to be done and the price. I paid as promised and she delivered as I said about 10% I still have all of the texts as well as pictures. She refused to respond to the complaint I filed with the BBB so I simply warn folks now on social media. You can either believe me with my proof or trust her and lose your money. I'm just being a good citizen and reporting the facts. I see now that for some reason my original complaint has dropped off of their site. I will have to look into why this happened when I have some spare time.
