    I have received 13 calls from market place insurance starting at 7:58 am, I have asked them every time to stop calling me because I do not know a ******** They are calling my place of employment. And all i get is either hung up on or threatened. One of the 13 callers was a man who i started to tell him to stop calling and all he was saying was you dont want to catch me. Not sure what that means. I need these calls to stop

    I called mktplc because ***** because a rep that I spoke with identifying themselves as ***** rep advised that my coverage could not be continued as Mktplc was showing me in a different state exchange and I would be cancelled due to the state change. The first mktplc rep I spoke with a *** ********** was helpful in getting on with ***** identifying that ***** showed non paymet as the reason was cancelled, had cancelled me incorrectly siting a state change in the system that did not exist, and a state exchange for state based mktpl was not to take place til next year. Further the ***** rep we spoike with advised she did see the pymt i made in August. The Second mktplc rep I have complaint on, I believe falsely advised she was starting an escalation for Mktplc to put a case mgr to renstate my coverage with *****, making me believe this was a quick process but instead I am being told it can take a good amount of time and I have not had a case mgr once an escalation is started. I did not order the escalation but trusted the rep advising me she was doing this as a quick way to get my coverage started.

    On February 13, 2024, the IRS rejected my taxes, alleging that I was not providing the 1095 form for my coverage with the marketplace. The same day, I opened an investigation (case number ************ because I had no service with the health marketplace. They told me the case would take 45 days to resolve. Because of that, I had to ask for an extension to file my taxes. After 45 more days passed, I called, and they stated they sent a letter on March 29, 2024, stating that I did not have coverage with the marketplace in 2023. I have never received the letter, which I have requested three times already. Yesterday they opened "another case" (*********** because I am not getting the letter, and I have to wait up to 90 days for a resolution. This human error created many problems affecting applying for a scholarship for my child, adjustments in payments of my student loan, and counting with the refund during some financial hardship and medical emergencies we are experiencing. The marketplace is not showing any interest in resolving a problem they created by entering the wrong information in the system. "Their answer is always I have to wait."

    I filed an escalation complaint with health insurance marketplace on February 9. Someone signed me up for heath insurance with Am Better without my consent. I was employed last year and carried BC thru my Emoloyer. so when I want to file my taxes I would have ended up owing the government money because of this. They told me it would take 30 to 45 days to have it resolved so on the 45th day it still was not resolved and the deadline for filing taxes was approaching. I had to go file my taxes with the incorrect 1095 a form and I had to pay the government Over $1100 because of this error . I called it today, which would be almost 3 months and this complaint has still not been resolved when it should be as simple as seeing that I carried insurance through my employer for the whole year of 2023 I need a corrected 1095 a form so I can file a tax amendment in this case is still not resolved. No one has contacted me. I can’t speak to anyone about it and I just keep getting the same old story, when I call that it could take up to 30 to 45 days and some cases may take longer. This is unacceptable. I want to be able to file my tax amendment so I am able to get the money that is rightfully mine and not the governments.

    on recent tax filling market place reported to IRS that my husband used insurance for the the period of Jan through April 2023 ,which my husband never used market place insurance, and IRS deduct the money,5000 from the tax refund we are supposed to be getting, we called market place and also reported it to FCT Burau for fraud ,we since then have been calling market place to resolve this issue but all to no avail, we went further to contact IRS for a refund but IRS suggest we contact market place and we not getting any response from them, please we will gladly appreciate if this matter is being looked into and our money refunded

    Since February 1, 2024 to Current Date : These people are relentless. I gave my phone number online to a bogus ad for a particular type of procedure covered by insurance. The ad said did they covered this particular procedure. However when they called me they in fact did not cover the procedure at all. They insisted to sell me marketplace insurance at that point. Every single day since then at least 50 times a day, my phone is being called relentlessly by these marketplace people. I have told them over and over to put me on the do not call list. I tell them hat I have marketplace insurance already . I tell them I don't want to change my insurance provider and to to stop calling me. Yet they continuously harass me 24/7! This is ABSOLUTELY ABSURD! Quite frankly I feel it should be against the law it's HARASSMENT.!

    i have been trying to file my taxees for two years now and all i needed was the paper telling the irs i never had insurance through the marketplace, i called them server times through out the year of 2022 and eacch time they told me they would send it in 45 days only to never recive the papers. now it is 2023 and i am trying to file again and being told the same thing i have to wait 45 days on a paper that they will never send to me.

    The market place third party insurance agent keeps reenrolling for services after I have terminated repeatedly since April of 2022. This has costed me thousands of dollars to the irs for 2022 year and 2023 taxes. I have called and they continue to tell me it is under investigation. I am placing this complaint and I am contacting the FTC.
